She also helped us secure late night soft pretzels and water. Two days before our wedding, Erin met with us at our venue to discuss set up of our décor for the day of. Erin also helped us unload our décor and all of our alcohol which was just above and beyond! Everything looked absolutely perfect the day of our wedding. We expected about 100 people, had a live band, and also did a canned food drive for a local food bank. Without a doubt this was the best party that we have ever had and most importantly it was the first time that I was really able to enjoy my party. Bette and her team were there on time to set up and even assisted with bringing out some additional dishes that I had. The food was amazing. My guests were raving about how good everything was. The French fry bar added a nice touch. The only drawback was the torrential rain that started and even that was handled professionally. None of the food was ruined. All the leftovers were brought inside so the guests could continue to nibble and they did a great job of cleaning up outside. I would totally recommend Moose and Goose for any outdoor event. Best. BBQ. Ever! I've worked with other catering companies and they were by far the easiest and most accommodating people to work with.

No, just on the customer service from the owner to the woman who took my order. Based on the food, maybe, if you want hit and miss food; it was good or undercooked, like the food was prepared and cooked differently. The owner will not care because he is making his money, and I think customer service is not a priority with him. A customer should never feel like they are an inconvenience when speaking to him. He listens but with a hurry up attitude, and why are you even talking to me. I am a busy man.

The venue is nice, but the staff are not as attentive as they should be. When wedding cake was passed out, they completely missed tables and then acted like everything was just fine when we complained that they skipped us. Sorry not sorry was the attitude. Also, when speaking to the bride, staff kept interrupting rather than allowing guests to interact. Just be aware should you have them cater your event / wedding that the staff might be an issue.
