Three Christmases later and we don't even have a parenting plan put together. Communication with them has been a nightmare. There was little to no effort to keep me informed on my case. Every time I tried to contact them for an update, I would call multiple times a day for days at a time with no response. There were at least three occasions where I had to call from a Georgia number just to get through (I am from out of state). Of course, my call would be answered on the second ring if it were from Georgia. I guess they only get excited for new money. This was the most expensive disappointment I have ever had to deal with. They very clearly did not care about me or my case. Business is business, but you can still conduct business and be a nice person. I hope they read this and make the decision to do better.
