Upon arrival I noticed that a lady was on the phone speaking quite nasty to someone, so I stepped back. After she finished on the phone she then proceeds to speak to a parent sitting there about how she was sick & tired of other stupid parents. I then introduced myself & advices her that I had an appointment. She stated, "yeah". She then told me that I could look around the studios & see if I liked them but the girls my daughters age will not be there until another day. I told her that when we set up the appointment I stated that I wanted to see the girls my daughters age. She replied" yea , I know but this is the time I scheduled. You can look at the pictures on the wall & see if you like it here". She then walked away without saying one further word to me or my daughter. I looked at the pictures & peeked in the classroom and the instructor slammed the door in my face! As I headed towards the door I said to the owner thanks & her response was nothing! I have never been so disrespected by just ignoring me! Lol From what I did see the school sucked any way!!! I saw a class at the location further north across from McDonalds & yep, the teenage girls were not doing correct techniques. I dodged a bullet! So, thanks for ignoring me! I would have hated myself for placing my daughter there! sickled feet, Smh. Hope they don't brake their ankles!

The community is so strong at DFF, and they value getting to know you as a person. I look forward to going to class each week. Some of my favs are Topher's Tuesday classes and Caroline's pro power jazz, and Tara's pro power hip hop, but honestly, I haven't tried a class I didn't LOVE!!

The studio has no way to grow your dancing skills into a competitive sport level if your dancer would wish to go that direction- it's not an even an option... Which tells me they don't care about long term dance growth, just about packing them in and collecting the tuition. The nail in the coffin for us was their 12 packed trailers of rowdy girls in the Liberty Festival parade- they had 4 times the amount of girls than ANY other float, it was an obnoxious display and proves my point that they just care about getting enrollment numbers to a max. The studio space is somewhat small so you do the math...How can you expect to get individual attention and correction with #'s like this? Anyone can teach dance- it takes small class sizes and individual attention to grow dancers.... I don't think Studio 10 can do this.

The instructors are very impatient and frustrate very easily with even the newest (or youngest) of pupils. Their rough treatment of my toddler made her cry hysterically and NOT want to trust strangers. When we tried to work it out with the owner she was completely dismissive and rude. We only had one successful class there, and basically threw the rest of the monthly fee and registration fee down the drain. Money seemed much more important to this business than customer happiness or satisfaction. There are MUCH better studios in town where a child can blossom under much more devoted, patient and loving mentoring. I highly recommend you carefully search and choose ANY place over this establishment. It was a nightmare for my family.

I'm not a mom who is looking to get her kid into hard-core, serious, competitive dance (although they have the trophies to back that up, if that is what you're looking for). I'm just a mom who wanted a social environment for her toddler who loves music, and loves dancing around the house. We did the little 6-week summer classes, and we loved it. We do not have a lot of disposable income. At all. So anything I sign my kid up for, I have to really consider. There's a lot of things we can't afford, but re-enrolling for fall classes wasn't even a question. It may sound silly to say after just 6 classes, but this place already feels like home. Warm and inviting doesn't even begin to cover it. My daughter loves it. I love it. I had no idea I'd have such strong feelings about a dance company after 6 weeks, but here we are.
