She made the whole experience horrible and was very unprofessional There are 4-6 receptionists in the front room at any given time and on countless occasions they will all just completely ignore you. I waited 20 minutes at the window before with no acknowledgment Parking is $3 minimum after validation and most times my appointments were less time than the process of getting to the office My care seemed more like checking the boxes of what they are supposed to do than actually having a conversation and caring for me! again my first two encounters were wonderful and the doctors were very engaged and my last few appointments were the complete opposite where I felt like just a paycheck overall cannot recommend this office

I came prepared with my paperwork early, only to be told that I had an invoice from 7 years ago in 2016 for $168 that I had to pay upfront or they would refuse me. I could not recall the invoice and it was the first time it was brought to my attention as they had not mentioned before I arrived in person. The office were given multiple opportunities to bring it to my attention and I would have had the opportunity to address it then. I explained I did not have the funds to pay for an invoice that I could not recall ever receiving back in 2016 let alone not knowing who my insurance co. was back then. I don't recall receiving an invoice from Women's Wellness in 2016 and I am very organized and conscinetious when handling invoices. The registration clerk rudely asked me how would they know if they could trust I would pay my invoice for today's services. I explained and trying to assure them my invoice today 12/16/2025 would be handled because I have medicaid they flat out refused to keep the appointment and I did not receive my exam. Instead of thinking of the care of the patient, the money somehow reconciled from seven years ago, that I don't agree to being valid at this time, was put as the priority over my care. I will never return to this office because of the inhumane treatment I received. Try to understand I walked out of the door not to be rude but because it took a great amount of energy to make it to the office and you never know what is going on with somebody so put some kindness in your practice.

Dr. Brown did my second surgery back in late August (although it seems like yesterday). He was very good at telling me exactly what was happening. He kept me in the loop and explained everything in simple terms. He answered any questions my Mom and I had. After my surgery was done, he went out and talked to my Mom and explained what happened. He also didn't seem to mind me talking about my cats. When I went in for my post-op appointment a week later, he asked me about them. I also feel like Dr. Brown's thorough and cares about me. I think he felt bad for me when I told him how 2 of my cats kind of acted like punks after my surgery. One of them knocked my glasses case off of my nightstand the night of my surgery. When I bent over to pick them up the next morning, I had pain bending over. One of my other cats jumped on me when I was in bed and stepped on one of my incisions. I plan on seeing Dr. Brown for my yearly exams from now on. I went in yesterday for another post-op exam. He asked me about my cats again. I was a little emotional talking about one of them, Mac, who got really sick last year and passed away. He treated me with dignity, respect, kindness and like a human. I feel lucky.

The second I stepped into this PP I felt immediate relief and comfort. Every single person along the way was incredibly kind and attentive. I touched base with about 8 (yes, 8!) staff throughout my appointment process (from front desk to nurses and doctors) and I always felt so safe and completely heard. Aside from the comfort the staff brought me, they are all very knowledgeable and I never felt like anything was done only half way. I traveled about an hour to visit this Planned Parenthood as opposed to one closer to me and it was so worth it to leave feeling more whole than when I arrived. We were flying blind on this one, not knowing the healthcare 'situation' taking place in New York, and probably many other states as we were moving from Virginia finding a Doctor is easy. After 2+ hours of phone calls and searching I found CNY Womens Healthcare. Mind you many facilities I called weren't taking new patients at all, or not until well after my due date which is mid August. Obviously I can't go the rest of my pregnancy without prenatal care. Spring was the first woman I spoke to and she was incredibly helpful...we move around often due to his career and encounter all kinds of people. Never have we met such kind, and friendly people like we have since being upstate. Next person I spoke to was Miss Mary, we stop at her desk everytime we leave the Doctors office, they made getting booked and explaining some of the things about the practice, and area a new couple in town might want to know. They went above and beyond. We live an hour away in Sackets Harbor and even after having to go in for some repeated tests to make sure I and our baby are alright. I still wouldn't go anywhere else, so far all of the nurses, Doctors and NP's have been great to us. I have faith that our first born is in good hands. Thank You Miss Spring, Miss Mary, Bobby, Valerie, Dr. Monnet, and Dr. Bailey. Our next visit is with Dr Doan, and were only 8 weeks away from delivery. I couldn't have asked for a better group! My blood pressure was not properly monitored, and just three weeks before my due date I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and preeclampsia, which was extremely concerning. Now in my second pregnancy, less than 10 weeks in, I've already experienced enough frustration with the lack of consistency and attentiveness.
