If you ask, she'll help you find the best crystals for your specific needs. When I asked her to help me choose between two items she actually guided me towards the lower priced item because it would fit my purpose more than the other option. It's so refreshing because I know other stores on Alii Dr will always push me towards more expensive items whether I need it or not. She has great souvenirs for people visiting such as locally made jewelry. She also has very funny good juju bags which are the perfect gifts for everyone you know. Irene has the best selection of crystal jewelry and they are very reasonably priced. I love coming in on days when she has new shipments because her excitement is contagious. I didn't notice the sign that said no "food or drink" at first and she very rudely told me to go outside. I brushed it off and tossed my drink out because I really wanted to shop for something special. There were signs everywhere saying "DO NOT TOUCH" which is honestly a little ridiculous. I understand for higher end specimens but for smaller polished pieces? How am I supposed to see the details of the stone? Everything was also overpriced for what they were. I understand retail store locations have to up charge more. I'm happy to pay that to support a small business but even then the prices were still pretty extreme.
