We did not hear from them until about 3 weeks into the transaction after I kept calling. The HUD was sent the day before I had to call about that as well. We arrived for a 9am and were not taken in to sign until after 10am no one let us know what was going on. Seller finally signed at 10:30am. Noting mentioned on delivery of funds so I called and Robin said we do not wire we can overnight and it costs 85.00??? it is now almost 4:00 we have not heard from anyone regarding the recording or delivery of checks or when we may pick them up! Robin sent me am email and said she could express mail my check with the seller check of almost 1 million dollars... Are you kidding me?? who would do that? Both should be over nighted for all the inconvenience and lack of communication. I would not use this practice. We have had a very bad experience here.

I only had to tell him once about the things that were most important to us. Mom's blind so it is essential that things are put back in the same places and that nothing is left out on the floor. I hate to say it, but our place was just a mess! He comes twice a month and the house has never looked better. Most importantly though, we trust him.
