He said they are in aisle 5 on a spinny thing. I said okay.... so we're looking for a bit and having trouble finding it so I go back and say hey can you help us look. And he said can't you just Google it. So the other guy jumped in and helped us look for it. I found it very rude and offensive that you dont wanna help a customer look for a car part and ya know do your job. The display was a mess and disorganized. Would never wanna shop there again. I decided to pick up some cupcakes to bring for my visit with the kids. Finding the place can be challenging since it lacks a prominent sign; there's only one on the front door, which is difficult to read. The front of the store showcases all its merchandise alongside delightful décor and clothing. I made my way to the middle area and ordered a selection of cupcakes to taste: an apple cupcake, a chocolate-caramel pretzel cupcake, a Rice Krispies cupcake, and a Neapolitan cupcake. Of course, I had to taste one and chose Neapolitan. I expected strawberry flavor for the icing, as it was pink, which it didn't have. It was a bit dry but had a little chocolate surprise in the middle. My husband had the apple cupcake and said it was bursting with apple flavor and delicious, as he licked his fingers. The girls helping us were friendly and helpful. Family run! I love families that find a passion together and live out their dreams. We will be back.

But I had confirmation, so I got in the car and made the drive. The moment I walked onto the lot, something felt off. I asked about the vehicle. Suddenly the story was different. It had "just sold." Or maybe they "couldn't find it." The explanation shifted more than once, and nobody could give me a straight answer for why I'd been told on the phone that it was sitting there waiting. What came next was the part that really stung. Rather than owning what happened or offering any real explanation, the salesperson smoothly redirected -- have you looked at this one? What about that one over there? All vehicles I hadn't asked about, hadn't researched, hadn't driven an hour to see. That's when it clicked. This wasn't a miscommunication. It was a formula: tell people what they need to hear to get them through the door, and once they've made the drive, work them toward whatever's actually on the lot. Bait-and-switch, plain and simple.
