Without question, Brooke Pennington was the best realtor I've ever had the opportunity to work with. This sale wasn't a typical transaction. It was my late father's home in Tennessee, and I live in Florida. Since it was part of his estate, there were a lot of moving parts and a long list of things that needed to be done before the house could go on the market. I honestly expected it to be a stressful process, but Brooke made it feel manageable from beginning to end. One of the biggest things that stood out was how connected she was. Whenever the house needed something, she had someone she trusted. She recommended great people for landscaping, HVAC work, roofing, and other repairs, and every one of those referrals turned out to be excellent. That alone saved me an incredible amount of time and frustration trying to coordinate everything from another state. She also had a great eye for presentation. She gave me practical suggestions on what to change, what to leave alone, and how to stage the home so it would show its best. Buying or selling a home can be stressful under normal circumstances.
