I came across a property and Weichert was the listing agency. In my search for a realtor on their site I decided on Whitney, mainly because her profile stated the word "trust". In my world, trust is an important aspect to doing business. Well, from my experience with Whitney so far, in addition to trust there are a plethora of qualities that come to mind...professional, friendly, knowledgeable, initiative, strategic planning, thorough, listening/comprehending preferences.... and I'm sure I'll add to this list soon enough. From my several experiences with looking at real estate, this process "can" be stressful. I'm not feeling that in the slightest and I'd like to credit Whitney for her contributions in that regard. Y'all should feel confident if you go with Whitney for your real estate services. Compared to others, you'll get more than your commisions worth which is a great value!
