I have regularly used Moggy Meows when my cat is on her own for my long work days, commuting and for holidays or weekends away. I have the option of standard or longer visits where they keep her company, play with her, or accompany her outside in the face of predatory neighbouring cats. They have also dealt with medication when required. I can go away relaxed in the knowledge that all will be well. We had a pretty good thing going for a while with this dog walking company. All of a sudden, they…read moretell us that our usual dog walker, who has been walking our chocolate labrador for nearly a year, can't take him anymore because he is 'too playful'. We now have to pay 50% extra for individual walks for him. They refused to wash or even dry him on muddy and rainy days so I've had to clean my floors and walls many times. Finally, when we'd had enough and requested our key back to give to our new walker, they held our key hostage until we paid off our final bill. As though they have had trouble getting us to pay our bills in the past... When we paid, they said they would leave our house key in a bag on the street outside their house to pick up. What?! Evidently they don't take their responsibilities as holders of your house key very seriously and feel fine about jeopardising the security of your home. I would not recommend.

I would highly recommend them, my cat has always eaten during his stay here, maintaining his weight and the staff always seem to be very caring and attentive towards the animals here. My cat has stayed here more than 3 times now and I would never go anywhere else. He comes back healthy, groomed and happy (unlike other catteries) and flea free!! Oh and I always ask if he could be opposite the fish tank. I would thoroughly recommend this place. It may not be the cheapest but is definatley the best Ive used. Benwick catteries gives you peace of mind that your pet is well cared for while you are away.
