The first red flag was being brought into a separate room as a new patient, handed laminated pseudo-science data sheets, and given a sales pitch about how chiropractic care can apparently solve every ailment in the known universe. I kindly explained that I was just there for a standard back adjustment due to soreness from spending nearly 20 hours on a plane. The sales guy immediately launched into a speech about "treating the root cause, not the symptom." "But in my case, I already know the root cause, don't I?" A quick and dismissive: "Right, but we still need to run you through a series of tests to confirm." Then he referred to a "spine gun" they would use on my back. I asked what kind of technology this mythical device used because I did not want any x-rays. His response: "Oh, we will do an x-ray today." "No, I'm not injured and I won't be getting an x-ray." "Then you can't be treated here." That ended the visit for me, and honestly, hearing multiple patients screaming in pain and loudly cursing during their adjustments while I was sitting in the office did not exactly inspire confidence either. I've been to many chiropractors over the years, but this is the first time I've ever felt like I was at a car dealership instead of a medical office.

I WAS WRONG. I finally reached a point in my pregnancy where my legs would shake in pain just from standing too long. My baby was still breech at 34 weeks, which did not happen in my first pregnancy, and at my 36 week ultrasound they confirmed he was finally head down - only thing to change was seeing Dr Christian. I finally started being able to go on walks again & keeping up (sort of! Lol) with my toddler. I can't even explain how much better I feel. I cannot wait to keep going after having the baby to see how good I can feel. Dr Christian is so incredibly knowledgeable and also so kind and welcoming. The environment is absolutely wonderful and I truly look forward to these appointments, not only because of how I feel after but after my very first visit he remembered personal details like my daughters name, my sons name to be, etc.. you're not just a number here! You're truly cared about and so is your well being. I can't recommend this place enough!!

She was screaming for help from room number four, desperate for a glass of water due to severe dehydration. Nurses did not respond, and doctors did not respond, but after increasing her cries to a horrifying level, a police officer finally came to her aid. Eventually, a doctor walked in with a glass of water. She waited for several hours for an initial doctor's review, enduring the excruciating pain of a double fracture in her right shoulder. The doctor eventually provided some pain relief medication. When I stepped out of the room to get an update on my mother's prognosis, the doctor who had initially assisted us was nowhere to be found. After 30 minutes of searching and trying to find answers, we were informed that the doctor had left and would not see us because he was unfamiliar with the patient. The nurse directed us to the supervisor, who refused to bring in another doctor to help with my mother's ongoing pain. The lack of professionalism and compassion was hard to believe. While making another round to find help, a security guard started holding me like a prisoner. This lack of compassion made the entire experience feel like a prison show on television. This wasn't a hospital; it was an incarceration building, and that realization was chilling.

I would give this a half star if I could…read more I've been coming here a few years for athletes foot and nail fungus. The Dr put me on the lamisil pill and it worked and cleared up the nail fungus on my left foot. I also was using formula 3 topical nail meds. The formula 3 cost $45 a pop and is not covered under any insurance. When I ask months later if I could go back on the meds to clear up my right foot of nail fungus the doctor told me if it didn't clear up in the first place it won't if I take the pills again. They changed the formula 3 nail stuff to Clarus insuring me that it was the same stuff. This was also $45 a pop. Btw it's not exactly the same because it's missing a few natural ingredients. So I run out of Clarus and call to get more. I wait 2 weeks and call once a week to see of it's in. NO Dice. My nails looks horrible and I call my old doctor and make an appointment. My old doc tells me YOU CAN be on that Lamasil pill but u can only take it once a year. So my other doc lied. Also, they have the formula 3 and it's only $36 and not $45!!! I was over joyed.
