The first red flag was being brought into a separate room as a new patient, handed laminated pseudo-science data sheets, and given a sales pitch about how chiropractic care can apparently solve every ailment in the known universe. I kindly explained that I was just there for a standard back adjustment due to soreness from spending nearly 20 hours on a plane. The sales guy immediately launched into a speech about "treating the root cause, not the symptom." "But in my case, I already know the root cause, don't I?" A quick and dismissive: "Right, but we still need to run you through a series of tests to confirm." Then he referred to a "spine gun" they would use on my back. I asked what kind of technology this mythical device used because I did not want any x-rays. His response: "Oh, we will do an x-ray today." "No, I'm not injured and I won't be getting an x-ray." "Then you can't be treated here." That ended the visit for me, and honestly, hearing multiple patients screaming in pain and loudly cursing during their adjustments while I was sitting in the office did not exactly inspire confidence either. I've been to many chiropractors over the years, but this is the first time I've ever felt like I was at a car dealership instead of a medical office.

I WAS WRONG. I finally reached a point in my pregnancy where my legs would shake in pain just from standing too long. My baby was still breech at 34 weeks, which did not happen in my first pregnancy, and at my 36 week ultrasound they confirmed he was finally head down - only thing to change was seeing Dr Christian. I finally started being able to go on walks again & keeping up (sort of! Lol) with my toddler. I can't even explain how much better I feel. I cannot wait to keep going after having the baby to see how good I can feel. Dr Christian is so incredibly knowledgeable and also so kind and welcoming. The environment is absolutely wonderful and I truly look forward to these appointments, not only because of how I feel after but after my very first visit he remembered personal details like my daughters name, my sons name to be, etc.. you're not just a number here! You're truly cared about and so is your well being. I can't recommend this place enough!!

The front office handles scheduling, billing, medical insurance, all you have to do is relax and let the therapists do their jobs; which they do quite well. The therapists call you in at your appointed time and immediately you're doing something or receiving some sort of treatment, constantly. They don't waste your time. I've been at other Physical Therapy businesses and there were times when i was sitting around for long periods before the next modality. Watching the clock as they wasted my time and money. When I had a follow up with the prescribing physician I'd let them know my time is valuable and I would not be going back to that place. If they couldn't suggest another therapist I'd find another doctor. I don't entertain fools. This place does well because of these factors: efficient operations, competent therapists, and feed back to the prescribing physicians. Word of mouth worked wonders before the internet and social media. Now it's faster to eliminate the ineffectual, inefficient, inept practices.

He was able to identify my issues and help me get rid of the pain. He always asks if there was anything he should know at the beginning of each appointment so if any time I had a new concern we were able to address it. He's very accommodating and is able to work around any pre-existing issues you may have and adjust his treatment for each person. Even though I had a lot of back pain, I am not able to lay on my stomach for long periods of time, so he adjusted his treatment so that he was still able to make my back feel better. I've been to numerous PTs, to the point that I actually became quite skeptical about the efficacy of PT as a practice. Having recently had bilateral rotator cuff surgery, and after having walked out of another local PT appointment due to their lack of understanding of the issues, I decided on Peak. Dan Fishman, Bill, and Roland keep meticulous records; proof of an actual protocol was evident. I'd never experienced this before with any PT. Since working with them in early January, I have rehabilitated both shoulders to a point that the are functional. It's been grueling and time consuming, but the results are the proof. The afternoon PT worker was more interested in pushing his MLM that helping me with my treatment. At one point he took my number, I assumed it was for appointments purposes. Odd because the front desk has my contact information. Turns out it was to send me a video to push a "miracle oil". I decided not to return and to elsewhere. Best thing I ever did. The new practice was wonderful. We did a number of exercises, gave me a workout plan for home, discussed what to look for with footwear and suggested adaptive equipment my insurance would cover. What a difference! I feel sad that people come for help and they are being pushed a product. People who need PT are vulnerable, often elderly or young kids on sports teams. They need help getting back to their normal activities. It wasn't professional or at all ethical.

She is always caring, compassionate and personable. She's always interested in "you"! Most recently my 17 year old son woke up with a severe neck spasm.
