I used to work in a retail store(years ago) and if we saw a person walking around the store unable to locate what they needed we were intelligent enough to ask them if they needed help and if they did we proceeded to help them find ALL the things they needed. We were friendly, considerate and polite!!! I have been in your store many times and swear I will never go back but like so many people we put up with it rather than drive to Sebring for one or two items. But perhaps it is worth the drive to be treated well and efficiently. At least the other stores ask if they can help you. It amazes me that you stay in business for your retail people. We figured out what to buy, found an employee to open the case, and I'm now the owner of two reciprocal saw blades. We brought them back to the house, mounted the first one and within two minutes, bam, we're through the bolt. That's called using the right tool for the job!
