It seems like they must have gone out of business because it seems strange that there is no communication whatsoever. No one answering the phone? No one answers emails? So after first denying we existed I sent a copy of the very confirmations of information uploaded to their website and payment to their office. I also sent the emails that went ignored. The owner has now refunded us but what about the time we lost in a time-sensitive legal matter? An eviction matter has a specific time-clock and it's already a drawn out process. The owner can rapid fire respond to a yelp or google review but couldn't be bothered to respond to emails? To calls? Or to take any action whatsoever? That's priorities! And to be clear- tonight I read a review by someone named Matt Reis on google. He had the exact same experience 4 weeks ago. He lost valuable time and money due to their inaction and dereliction. And no one communicated with him either. So it's a pattern not an anomaly.
