    Sausage breakfast sandwich

We love to visit this little coffee shop when we are in town! Not only are the employees friendly and helpful, but the sausage breakfast sandwich was really good. I ordered the Americano and sandwich. Delicious.

Love, love, loved this place! I have always passed by it on my way to the airport, and always wanted to stop. I dropped off some passengers and rolled through here, and I'm so glad I did! It is a real treasure in Cave Springs. They have all kinds of coffee, teas, bakery items. They also sell local, handmade gifts inside. I ordered a vanilla latte and a cinnamon roll. They were both delicious! The vanilla latte was not too sweet, and you can really taste the coffee. The inside is decorated nicely and they have a lot of tables to accommodate people. The staff was very friendly and welcomed me with a smile. Will I be back? 100%!

My new favorite local coffee place. I would love to show you a picture of the delicious cheese Danish I ordered, but it was so flaky and creamy, that I couldn't help but gobble it up immediately. There is a cute little drive through and plenty of arrows to help you navigate the parking lot. A great place to hang out and study/work, as there is plenty of space and several tables. If you are coming from the airport, it's a short drive down the road and worth the stop. They are also serving a small breakfast and lunch menu.

Recently purchased by JOYHOUSE COFFEE. Improved quality, service and hours. Good coffee and drinks. Excellent service and food. Operating for a good cause. Give it a try if you've never been here or give it a second chance now if you have. It's better. Much improved.

I love the atmosphere in this coffee shop and it's in darling downtown Cave Springs ! The employees are so friendly and their coffee is delicious! My husband and I look forward to coming here on Saturday mornings. The blueberry scones and cinnamon rolls are incredible !

Mocha, Iced Caramel Macchiato, Blueberry Scone, and Cherry Danish! Delicious!

Cutest coffee shop in Cave Springs, AR. Delicious coffee and pastries at a great price. If you're looking for something local, this is the spot.

Caramel latte machiatto. Late picture. Started drinking before taking pic so the nice design the barista made was gone!

Surprisingly good. Ordered a caramel latte machiatto - very good. Bagel was fresh. Nothing wrong. Place is very nice. A refreshing alternative to what you will get at the airport. Will come back many times

    Soft Open training day!

Came during their staff training week. Very cool to have a new place with both great coffee and food wrapped in a nice atmosphere. The coffee is from Onyx and the sandwiches made by Chef Miles James of 'James At The Mill' and 'MJ's Pizza' fame. Looking forward to the full grand opening!

Cozy and laid back cafe for grabbing a coffee and bagel. Also has a drive through for those on the go...conveniently located near airport.

I need REAL coffee, quality and flavor! Plus I love to support local peeps! I am so glad we found Confident Coffee! First of all, I just looked for what was close and this was it... not to far off the freeway. However I feel like unless you know it's there, strangers to this area would definitely not see it. It's a hidden gem in a quiet plaza (at least on a Sunday afternoon) that didn't have many people around. I honestly couldn't tell if it it was open at first but luckily it was! Ohhhh I felt like we hit the coffee jackpot! The place was adorable! I loved the cell decor, the love plants, the cool vibes of the place and I knew I was going to get great coffee. They sold local syrups and cute items besides coffee and pastries. I ordered my drink which is 3 shots of espresso, a couple pumps of caramel sauce in it and a 2 oz of half and half. My daughters ordered caramel latte and a blueberry latte. They were made perfectly and the staff were amazing: beautiful, friendly and fun! I also loved that they had made a little box to write special notes to seniors in the area! I wish we had this in Texas because we would definitely be regulars

They were happy to answer questions and offer suggestions, and you could tell they genuinely care about their customers. I also loved the variety of items they offer. It is not just a typical coffee stop, there are so many options to choose from, making it easy to find something for everyone. Everything felt well curated and intentional. Overall, this coffee shop exceeded our expectations and made a lasting impression on us. I honestly wish we had a location like this in California because it would quickly become a regular spot for us. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area and highly recommend stopping by if you have the chance.

She is very hospitable and involved with her customers. Love that! Interaction and communication is key when running your own business. She nails it! Secondly, the inside is quite small yet there is seating in every corner and space available. From tables, to sofas, to cozy chairs, there is a quiet spot to enjoy your treats! There's even a water and food station for your fur babies! Now on to the main event...the pie! Wow! Just wow! From pie to cake to scones to tarts, I've tried them all! The raspberry cream is to die for! So sweet, creamy and they use real raspberries! I was in heaven at first bite! The lemon meringue pie is a close second with its bright freshness! Not overly lemony...Just right! The chocolate cake is super fudgey and rich! Pair it with a cold cup of milk and you've reached Heaven. The banana chocolate chip scone was good...but in my opinion much too sweet. Leave off the brown sugar/cinnamon glaze and it would be much better. The fruit tart was so flavorful and the fruit was fresh and just the right sweetness. If you like coconut cream pie, you've come to the right place! Creamy and the perfect consistency. The chocolate diner pie is rich and decadent with its lightly whipped topping and chocolate curls. Lastly the Southern Buttermilk pie was a first for me. I didnt know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. It was almost a custard like consistency but with a sour note...more lemony than I was expecting but good nonetheless. Next time I hope to try the more savory pies and quiches. Everyday there is a variety to choose from and their daily menu is always posted on their Facebook page. Oh! And the prices are fantastic considering you get a good size slice of pie! Big enough to share...if you're willing! I highly recommend this cute little bakery...in fact I insist on it!
