The place was not too loud and I could hear well. I LOVE Confident Coffee! My first time going I befriended the baristas. Their energy was so infectious in the best way. Also Ray makes a reallyyyyy yummy pizza. Unbelievably delicious for coffee shop pizza. I've only been twice but both times the place was clean, there was no long line, the music was good and loud enough to hear but not too loud to obstruct conversations. My husband and I stumbled across this place while in Fayetteville/Johnson. We could NOT speak higher of Confident Coffee. We would argue this is the best coffee/coffeeshop in the area. My husband loves their blackberry chai and I love their iced lattes (typically a quad shot vanilla latte girlie). The workers are also so very kind and patient every time I order. I have come here a few times to work and it was such a peaceful place to come and knock some work out. They even have a drive thru so I LOVE that ! Can't wait to come spend another work day here. read more

What a great spot! This location houses their roasting equipment so to me it gives an extra chill vibe. There is plenty of seating and although it's very open it is also quiet. Their drinks are incredible. Probably the best nitro cold brew we've had. The hot dog kolache was a hit and my pecan scone was amazing. They warm everything up prior to bringing it to you. They do not shout a name but bring to you which I felt was unique especially for a busy shop. read more

Favorite coffee shop in NWA! Coffee is roasted there and always delicious. In-house bakery makes amazing scones, sweet tarts, quiche, cookies and sausage rolls. Saw that a new coffee shop had opened up and had to give it a try today! Clean shop, fast service, fun drink choices. I got a hot blackberry chai latte - it was a bit lukewarm but flavor was good! Next time I might ask to get a little less sweetness. A few baked goods available: muffins, cinnamon roll, what appeared to be an Apple fritter. Didn't try them out this visit but the cinnamon roll tempted me enough that I'll probably try it on my next visit. Spent 8 minutes sitting at the drive through window. Called to kindly inform them I was waiting. Staff member was apologetic and was at the window within seconds. Order was taken well and delivered accurately: 1) 1, 12oz. hot cafe latte with almond milk Adequately hot, I would have preferred a sleeve but did not ask for one. Mouthfeel was adequate considering I ordered w/almond milk. Almond milk was of adequate quality and flavor. Coffee notes were very forward on roasted flavor followed by burnt and acrid as opposed to the (for me) more appealing cereal or tobacco flavor that are often in the same flavor camp. So acrid in fact, that the notes masked the nutty almond flavor typically supporting the latter notes of the latte. Consensus was that the beans were not roasted to my preference. 2) 1, 20oz. iced caramel latte Adequately cold, with adequate amount of ice. Ice was adequate quality. Mouthfeel was too much water to coffee ratio. Very caramel (syrup) forward, which is great. However, after the caramel flavor dissipates, it's very imbalanced by a weak coffee flavor. I suspect too much water to coffee ratio referenced in mouthfeel. read more

One of my favorite coffee shops in Fayetteville, I usually get an iced ONNA latte (cinnamon, vanilla, honey) with oat milk, or as of lately their pumpkin spice latte with oat milk which is hands down the best pumpkin spice latte I have ever had. I get decaf coffee now since I get too jittery and they still taste just as good, bc I know sometimes decaf coffee can taste not too good at places. read more

I love Confident Coffee, definitely a hidden gem tucked in among the many coffee shops around Fayetteville. Quiet environment, good for studying. The staff is so friendly- Scotty is amazing!
