the guy was a real douche i asked for myle dispopsable iced quadberry he told me they only had tobacco flavor.. right thats a reason to open a vape store... so pissed i went out of my way to go to that one read more

I had a really positive experience. The Vape shop was clean and well stocked, but more than that was my customer service experience. Charles was super helpful engaging, knowledgeable, and funny. He helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. I left very satisfied and will return. I would recommend the shop to anyone. read more

At no point should bolts randomly fling off your bike while you going down the Brooklyn bridge going 24mph. I'm a high school student and I had to pay for my bike with my own money. I've been working since 10th grade to help my mom because she is a single parent so for me the loss of about 5k including repairs leave me without transportation as I can not afford to repair it at this point. I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
