In order to make sense of this fine establishment you have to understand that all their products are their own. This isn't a vape shop like you'd find elsewhere, the ones with all kinds of vape products, tobaccos, and hookahs. Dropsmoke makes their own vapes, tanks, atomizers, and of course juices. I've been a customer for 2+ years, from the early days when they were effectively working from out of a living room to the beautiful retail location they have now. Their products are top notch, and the owners stand behind their product. I've had small things go wrong -as they inevitably do- and the staff has always been super helpful and willing to comp anything that was reasonably their issue. Let's talk about the products first: I have owned the little guy, a USB charged small vape. For an intro to vape this is a fine device, well priced at $40 for the kit, and even this lower end product will stand the test of time. I actually have about 5 of them thanks to the fact that my wife keeps misplacing it and I keep buying new ones for her, only to have her find it again a week later. I use the big guy and have been for almost two years. Aside from the occasional atomizer replacement it ha been working flawlessly. I signed up on Yelp just to write this review: I have never had such a great experience with a business before (no, not ever). The first thing the good folks at DropSmoke did was gifted me a better canister for my inhaler. Then they concocted a blend that I was very pleased with. Mind you, they spilled out, juices that I didn't love and started from scratch. The juice is made with vegetable oil and not the propylene glycol crap which is tough on many stomachs. (it's also kosher, if that matters to you at all). And all the meanwhile, we had a fun and instructive conversation about politics, religion and of course, vaping. After the brew was complete, they told me to take it (another gift). I insisted on paying, so they charged me the ridiculously minuscule sum or two dollars and seventy-two cents.
