They offered snorkeling gear, water & fruit punch to drink, and a restroom on board. The boat was large and laid out well, so it never felt crowded. The team communicated very clearly about the excursion from booking to disembarkation and overall it was just a very well oiled machine. Our tour guide Bonson worked hard to make sure every single person had a really good time and was feeling good. He was very knowledgeable, answered our questions, and overall just kept the vibes good. We definitely felt like we got our moneys worth and made really great memories on our tour.

While my wife and I have PADI certification, our sons do not, although they've done a number of supervised dives in the past. While one of them has been very comfortable diving, the other has been rather tense and skeptical about it. Shaggy was particularly great with him. Shaggy's patience and positivity enabled him to be completely comfortable and enjoy his time underwater. Our best family diving experience ever. Fantastic way to say goodbye to 2024 and hello to 2025. We're already looking forward to our next opportunity to dive with him

He rearranged his scheduled, and took us to every spot we wanted to go, and more. Shaggy scheduled our time to ensure we were not with any crowds and made the time spent very personalized. He was amazingly thoughtful and in-tune with our kids. I would absolutely suggest using his services above all else.
