My son took the class cost over 400 dollars, The classroom part was ok, but when it came to scheduling and driving practice not so good. The worst part was at the end was unable to do driving test with them because they changed it several times and at end said take it at the DVM which was not part of the deal. Very low level of professionalism. Lacking good faith in dealing. Situations arise requiring you to pay more than the agreed upon amount in order to complete contracted work. Signed my daughter up for driving classes online, and the 30 hours in car driving. Online classes were not a big deal...my daughter signed on, read the assignment for the day, took a quick quiz sometimes, then logged off...no interaction with a teacher or an other employee at all. Not a good sign, but not really a big deal. The in car driving experience was another matter. We were told to log on to they're website on Thursday for available driving times during the next week. The first Thursday, we logged on at the exact time when drives were supposed to be posted. THREE, I repeat, THREE driving times were available for the next week. Three for the entire week...not three per day, Three for the entire week. This must have been a fluke, so let it pass and proceeded to the next week. Again, THREE total driving times were available for the next week. This happened for an entire month. They had only THREE driving times available every week. The driving schedule was like this: Monday - 2:00PM to 4:00PM Tuesday - 2:00PM to 4:00PM Thursday - 2:00PM to 4:00PM I was unable to get out of work before 5:00, so I had specifically asked when I signed my daughter up for the class if they would have in car drives after 5:00 or on the weekends. I was told a definite yes...both evening drive times and weekend drive times would be available...no hesitation or thought put into in...simply yes. As shown above, this turned out not to be true. I went into the office to see what was going on...maybe someone was sick? Maybe someone was on vacation? Maybe I could work something out in person. Sure enough, I was able to work out something in person. I was told that I could be penciled in for an extra $15.00 dollars for each driving time. This would have bumped my $300.00 fee for a class and driving time package up to $405.00. I'm never a big fan of a lack of good faith in the people that I am dealing with. So I asked to withdraw my daughter at the point she was at without doing any driving time. I could sign her up with another school. I didn't ask for my money back because the money is really not an issue for me. I was not offered my money back when I said I wanted to transfer her. Instead, I was told that in order for them to release her paperwork to me, I would need to pay them another $50.00. At that point, I dropped all dealings with Cazares Defensive Driving School, and will never deal with them in any other way. read more

Reasonable price for nice student driving cars. VERY big issue with the online student account and had to call 6+ times over the course of a month and finally show up in person to get it fixed (the issue was on their behalf) Class was easy, all answers were given to us. Unprofessional business, the phone is on speaker while students are in class so we listened to all your problems. Instructors to drive with are kind of odd and make things uncomfortable. (One talked on the phone during half the drive & another a college student). Very short on instructors and cars since no drives are EVER available. Would not recommend. read more

Well it's a driving school, good range of class times. 2 hour classes, 10 min break in between hours, it's by a dollar store so you can get snacks and drinks. I, as of now is only taking the classes not driving hours. The school offers a alchoal awareness-ish class for 3 days, which is 5% off your insurace. ($25 fee). But if miss one day you must wait untill the next course is taking it which in a downer. If you miss a day (non-alcohal awarness) you can make it up by doing a make up packet the next day. There is a certain number of day you can miss. The class is do-able and acsessable. Not really a rateing system for driving classes to go bye so it's a 3 out of 5 read more

Is never practice hours available after theory classes are finished, you can be checking in internet every hour to place your schedule, when they say hours will be posted, but this never happen. besides they dont answer phone.they ask for full course payment but they dont deliver service. I undestand if you pay 15 per class then they will provide you with practice classes 8 hours x 15 dollars per hour? too bad read more

Horrible customer service!! First, when the driving test appointment was set up, my son wasn't told the driving test would be at the main location, which means we were late to our appointment. Then, after it took forever to get helped once we got to the correct location (with an appointment), they take a customer who had a later appointment before us!!! Then, I tell them I had an earlier appointment and their response was, "Oh, the customer also had an appointment at the same time." Wow!!! I clearly overheard the appointment was at a later time. All the person who "seemed" to be in charge (because she looked just as lost) could say was, "Oh, but you can be next." Like really?!?! What's the use of setting up an appointment then? We don't all have an open schedule and that's why we set up appointments!! Cazares Driving School, you need to train your employees properly and show them adequate customer service skills. read more
