I am rating this based off of WF as a whole and not our local branch, as 99% of my customer service has come from outside of our local branch. They LOVE overdraft fees. Doesn't matter if you have overdraft protection. Doesn't matter if you have a savings account to transfer money over. Doesn't matter if you deposited cash in the ATM. They will still slap you with an overdraft fee and then argue with you like you're stupid. Currently looking for another bank because today was the straw that broke the camels back. -$160 from a credit card payment (THE MONEY WAS THERE WHEN I MADE IT) and yet another overdraft fee that they told me I wouldn't get again if I signed up for overdraft rewind and set up a savings account. Did all that. Still got the good ole screw job. Just another example of the rich only giving a flying rats behind about the rich and not us small business owners or minimum wage workers.

The branch manager for Florence branches, Adam Collins, messed up my title…read more(used lightstream) causing me to not be able to get a tag for my new car, which was purchased in TN. It's been over 2 months and I still have no title. Which means I can't drive the vehicle I purchased. I've called weekly asking for updates and if I can even get him on the phone he has nothing and refuses to check with the state because "he has to be on hold for an hour." Most recently he told me if I had the vin number I could call them myself. I'm beyond furious with them. This is the worst bank I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and we've beem loyal SunTrust customers for almost 6 years. I explained to him that the second vehicle was purchased because my husband was working in New Orleans and I'm a stay at home mom. I've had to move to Nashville with family because although I'm paying for a second car, I can't drive it. AVOID SUNTRUST AT ALL COSTS.

I like banking with Regions. All the people I've encountered inside the bank have been very helpful…read moreand friendly; BUT THE ATM IS ALWAYS OUT OF SERVICE! And they only have ONE self service ATM. It's ridiculous that I have to drive all the way across town to the stand alone ATM almost every time I need to withdraw money.
