I hired them to prepare a simple form, and they couldn't even get my name right. The first draft had it wrong, I corrected them, and they STILL continued to misspell it multiple times, in different ways, throughout the document. Even when I showed up in person to sign, they had to reprint paperwork on the spot because, once again, my name was incorrect. There is absolutely no excuse for that level of incompetence on a legal documents. Communication was just as bad. I constantly had to chase them down to get anything done. At one point, people were calling me just to tell me someone else would call me-completely pointless and a waste of time. Then they had the nerve to overcharge me for it. They billed me for every single interaction-multiple staff members, text messages, and even "research time." Yet when I went to the courthouse to file the paperwork, I was told I couldn't because it included a paragraph that has been outdated since 2011. So they charged me for "research" they clearly didn't do. The final product looked sloppy and thrown together, like a copy-and-paste template with my information carelessly filled in. Do not use this law firm. They are disorganized, inattentive, and will waste your time and money.

I paid a retainer of nearly $7,000 with the expectation that my interests would be strongly represented and that the matter would be handled accurately and efficiently. Service Requested: I needed legal representation to negotiate and enforce an agreement, particularly when the other party failed to meet agreed-upon payment deadlines. Although I fulfilled my obligations, payments were repeatedly late or missed. On several occasions, I was encouraged to allow additional time rather than immediately pursue enforcement. In my experience, this prolonged an already difficult situation and contributed to additional financial and legal expenses. Quality of Service: This was the most disappointing part of my experience. I frequently felt that I had to closely monitor the details myself. I spent many hours reviewing documents, organizing records, preparing information, and identifying errors that required correction. This included an error involving more than $25,000. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I expected a greater level of accuracy and attention to detail considering the seriousness of the matter. I also often felt that my interests were not being advocated for as strongly as I expected. Going through a difficult situation is stressful enough; having confidence in your legal representation is extremely important, and unfortunately, I did not consistently have that confidence. Value: Considering the nearly $7,000 retainer, additional legal fees, and the ultimate financial outcome, I do not feel I received the value I expected. I ultimately received approximately $40,000 less than the amount originally contemplated in the settlement and incurred significant additional expenses and interest during the delays. I was also presented with an additional bill of $2,625 that I disputed. I recognize that attorneys deserve to be compensated for their work, and I can only speak about my own experience. However, when considering the service I requested, the quality of the representation I experienced, and the overall cost, I was very disappointed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not use this firm again or recommend it to family or friends.

They handled the original filing in a timely manner, but since then they seem to forget who the client is and that they are there to serve the needs of the client - not simply for them to take a cookie cutter approach to every case. The main issue is that they do not communicate clearly what is going to be happening in your case, and who will be representing you and what arguments are being made. I have lost all trust and faith in this firm. I recently asked for them to provide an audio copy of arguments in my case - a simple matter file a form electronically and go pick up a CD. They refused. I would do this in person if I did not live out of state. It begs the question - what do they not want the client to hear about their own case. I would also add that their answer anytime you want to do something not cookie cutter is to Dismiss your case voluntarily and then refile. Of course that means you pay more fees and are at the mercy of your creditors during that process.
