As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

I was able to limp into town with no power steering/brakes, battery not charging and overheating. I had to stop 3-4 times to let the engine cool down. I managed to get to Chris' Auto Repair and explained my situation. They took my suburban right in and got to work. I walked to my vendor pickup point a few block away to arrange getting my order. I was back in about 30 minutes and they already had the needed parts and were nearly finished. I hadn't even asked for a quote, knowing I had to have it fixed. He diagnosed that my tractor was missing a bracket, researched the correct replacement part himself, ordered it for me, and installed it at a very fair price. He explained everything clearly and was extremely knowledgeable about small engines. After the repair, he didn't just leave. He wanted to make sure the problem was actually solved. The first time we tested it, the issue came back after a couple of laps. When he returned, he stayed and continued testing it, mowing several more laps just to be certain everything was working correctly. He even finished mowing the rest of my yard because, as he said, he didn't want to leave me with only half the lawn done. That level of service is hard to find. He also took time to answer questions about my other equipment, looked at my chainsaw and pressure washer, gave me honest advice instead of trying to sell unnecessary repairs, showed me how to clean battery corrosion with a wire brush, and even brought me a part he thought might help with my tiller. He cleaned up after himself, was friendly, professional, honest, and never made me feel rushed. When he came back on a follow-up visit, he wasn't even going to charge me for his time. It's very rare to find someone who is this knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely cares about helping people. The other company that I have used in the past said that June 5th was the earliest that they could possibly get me in. I have a Cub Cadet Zero Turn that kept dying out. I had replaced a lot of parts on it, they were needed anyway. It had been setting for about two seasons due to health. I had it running and then all of the sudden it started dying out. Tony came to the house, rebuilt the carburetor, and several other things to get it running. He was very good at diagnosing the problems and fixing them. This unnoticed place is sure to bring some go clean fun to town lol . The staff are all very nice from the moment I walked in I was offered coffee a plus for me since I needed it today. Unlike most laundry mats the front load machine soap areas were almost completely spotless. I almost felt bad when my soap missed the dispensing area. Of course I cleaned my mess. The decor is simple and cute and the restrooms are so clean. I'll definitely be returning next time I need to wash my sheets and comforters. My only regret is that after this review they may be more busy and I'll have to wait lol
