Very Unprofessional, short timing, don't stop talking between them, I just waisted money and time to have someone to put oil on my body over and over same direction without strength. I just want to get up and leave but for respect I let them finish their mediocre job. In top of that they have a dog who barks every time someone open the door. Zero relax mentality and physically. After I scheduled a 90minute massage and drove over an hour to get there, I was turned away. The lady there told my LMT was busy and turned around and walked away. I rang the bell and another lady came out and said they didn't have an appointment for me and didn't have time to make one. I've been coming here for 4 years and was never treated like this before. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO!! My boyfriend and I get massages very often. We Left very unsatisfied with the massage. We paid for deep tissue massage that felt like a cheap oil rub-down. The very thick beach towel I was laying under was rough and didn't allow her to reach any "deep tissue." I asked her to apply more pressure, but not with much result. Time management of the massage was very poor. I've never had a 90 minute massage that didn't include hand and foot rub and mild stretching. I'm a biker with bad lower back pain. It's the first massage that I've ever received that I actually felt less pain afterward. This is my first time coming to this place. The massage was pretty good not too bad it bothered me that the massage. Therapist asked for a tip on top of being paid now if she would have done an amazing job, that would be a different story, but to ask to get paid more when the, massage was already expensive that's what bothered me. Not only did they upcharge the price upon arrival, after telling us the price when we scheduled the appointment, but then got an attitude and was disrespectful to my husband because the tip "wasn't enough". Worst massage I have EVER had. The people were nice but I said a soft massage and they were so harsh with my body. They don't understand English when I was saying it was too hard and they are very unprofessional. The lady didn't like how much I tipped her and she made a face. I got a 90 min deep tissue, costs extra. It was ok... we started late. I got undressed, then they made me abruptly change rooms so I had to redress then undress again. The entire massage was done with the ladies feet standing on me. I didn't enjoy it. I asked her to use her hands after about an hour of the same massage movements and she couldn't. Maybe she had a hand injury but she just smeared oil all over me. She did stretch me for like 2 min which was nice. All in all, I didn't leave feeling relaxed are satisfied with the service. read more
