When it was time to wash out the color, she yelled from the other side of the salon that she was ready for me. I should have left then - but I didn't and she butchered my hair so badly that I tear up every time I look in the mirror. Cut off about 4 inches when I said I just wanted 2 inches, and cut uneven layers in my very thin hair. The root touch up looks like someone dumped brown paint on the top of my head - not blended in, color is too dark. Unless you get a personal recommendation for a particular stylist, I'd be wary. Now I have to try to find someplace else where I can go to get it fixed.

She listened to everything I said. I've been this color for years, so I already know what works and what doesn't. Most stylists don't care. They just want to finish fast. Alli took her time and gave me this flawless custom color. She has great energy too! Oftentimes, I'll feel zapped after getting my hair done. Not here! I actually felt energized and excited!
