It's rare that I update a review, but this place warrants it. My first review stated that I rolled into this location following the pandemic, and so much has changed in the world. Amid all that change, CBDK has remained my supplement stop. In a lot of ways it's more than a stop for me, it's like a 3rd space every time I walk in. The staff genuinely ask how you are, engage in conversation, get to know you and are still so incredibly informative. Management has been so great to interact with, too! I'm always so glad to stop in and see Wesley, Molly, Robert, Chantal, Crista, and the gang. I honestly think that many customers feel the same - each time I've been in I've seen some of the same people, generally grabbing a single drink on the way home from work, and just chatting away. Big sales all at once might be good for the store, but the people that make stopping in part of their regular routine - those folks are the foundation of a store, and it really speaks to the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. This whole world of supplements that they sell can be intimidating, but they will never make you feel out of place. If you've ever been curious about CBD, Kratom, Delta (and all the other things this "small government" state wants to take from people) run on by this spot and chat with any of the folks listed above. You'll leave with more knowledge than you came in with, and likely a great product. One more thing on the products - this isn't the cheap gas station stuff that you hear horror stories about - these are well made, quality tested and pure supplements. You may pay more, but nothing beats the peace of mind you get knowing that you aren't taking supplements that you don't even know what's inside. For me, I absolutely love the teas and seltzers for post workouts, or for a little relaxing boost. Recently, I went in and they were running a special where I got to "spin the wheel", and won a CBD lotion. Not long after I experienced some post workout arm pain, used that free cream, and it offered relief. I'm so glad I stopped in this spot back in the day. This store is top notch! Everything is organized so well. The staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They offer suggestions if you ask or seem to need guidance, but they don't force their opinion on you or try to sell something that you don't ask for. However they do point out sales and perks if something is available. They also have free samples at times which gives you the opportunity to try something you might not have thought about. The chewy caramels are a particularly enjoyable treat that I got to try for free with my purchase. I definitely left with a smile! Love this location I've never gotten off here only curbside due to Covid, but they're so long while placing my order. I've been helped by EZ two separate times he's awesome! The Davis location they're kind of rude, except for Nick, he's helpful and nice every time! Knox employees are also rude.
