They have an incredible selection of product and unmatched deals/discounts, employees always remind you when you save points saved up for rewards! Employees are incredibly friendly and warm every single time. These are good-hearted community members working here, they take their time with each guest and make each experience feel personal. They are kind folk who seem to truly value their repeat customers. I luckily live close by now but I have driven out of my way to West Milford multiple times because I know I will get the best bang for my buck at Doobiez and leave with a smile on my face. I always struggle, figuring out what I like so I always get intimidated initially walking into dispensaries. Firstly, this place was like the Apple Store of dispensaries. For those who are smokers and are into different kinds of bud, they had a whole bud bar where you can explore what's there, including a sniff test. For edible lovers like me, there has solid options, and Bridgette was SO KIND in explaining everything to me! I get overwhelmed because I don't know many brands and what would be worth trying, but she was legit the kindest person ever. And not just her, I don't think I've ever been to a dispensary, where people have been just so sweet all around. If I lived in the neighborhood, this would be my go-to spot no question. They even do deliveries! They are very attentive and thoughtful in there, I would gladly do business with them in the future when I come back and visit family up here. Now with recreational cannabis legal in New Jersey, it's no longer really necessary to go to a medical cannabis dispensary. They sell similar products, although there may be some tax breaks if you have a medical card and go to a medical dispensary . As someone who needs cannabis medically but doesn't want to leave town I chose Jersey Roots. This beautiful little shop that looks like a jewelry shop has so much to choose from.that It can be overwhelming. However, I consulted at no extra charge with owner, Rachel Lyons, who is a licensed pharmacist and has personally helped me choose edibles that have the right amount of THC, CBN and CBD to help me with my medical conditions. As someone who worked in healthcare both in the private and public sector I believe It's very important to know how different elements of the cannabis plant work. Rachel has also trained her staff well. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. Finally their pricing is competitive. As a senior citizen good pricing helps.

The only thing concerning is that the prices were a bit high, and by the essential oils section, they had a sign for Young Living (which is a MLM).
