It's an independent shop, better than GNC. The staff is also more helpful. It seem like the classic musty health food store inside. It has two areas, with most of the food in one and most of the vitamins in the other. The prices are average to higher than average, depending on brand and product. A lot of the lesser known brands are cheaper. I found a good size pea protein powder for about $30, which is about the same or cheaper than many other places. Another thing making this place better is the service is better. The staff at GNC often have no clue, but here you can ask questions and learn something. I recommend this over the chains. It has comparable prices and better informed employees. This is located next to the Green Papaya restaurant.
