I ordered pics of my son for a greeting card at a site he is associated with, and they sent me the wrong thing. I emailed the other site and Todd Lyle. The other site never contacted me. Todd Lyle called me twice, the same evening, to fix the issue. When we realized the order was not what we thought, he changed his own site to reflect that so it wouldn't happen to someone else. He then offered to purchase, at his own expense, cards from another site to make sure I got what I wanted. I decided not to trouble him or put him to the expense, since he offered so freely and without any resentment or rancor in his tone. He truly just wanted me to be a happy customer. So I said no, it'll be fine, I'll figure it out. He then emailed me to thank me for my kindness, Then I get a very special picture of my son on his dirt bike to make up for my trouble, at no cost. I am NOT SAYING this guy is awesome because I got something for free. This guy is awesome because he wanted me to be happy and went out of his way to try to make things right, and then sent me something for my trouble. He contacted me a few separate times and contacted that company for me on my behalf. And again, he is a photographer so it was not his mistake but the mistake of the company he works with, where you can order things like calendars and such. Her captured my fiance and I happy, sincere and as natural as you can be in engagement photos. He took some of those shots that take your breath away and also captured us laughing and enjoying our time together (which is what we do most of the time). Many of the pictures captured our personalities, and for someone who had only spoken to us via email and a few phone conversations, Tyler did a stunning job and I could not be more impressed with him, his photography, and his professionalism.
