What kind of Doctor declines to review all available data, especially concerning the spine/brain? I won't name him. But then a second opinion with Dr Gorrepatti was incredible. He gave me a cervical fusion which relieved ALL my pain issues! I was able to stop taking the high doses of oxytocin. I suggested that they should put a notice on their website to tell people to call instead of emailing. Overall she was kind of rude and talked over me and I had to talk louder to get a word in. Not a good experience. I should have gotten this persons name but i was too upset. I don't recommend this place.

The degeneration has progressed from my neck down to L5 and i have a lot of lower back pain. As a result, I have suffered from sciatica for about 5 years, but it became very acute about 7 months ago, so I had acupuncture for 4 sessions which didn't do much. Then I went to physiotherapy twice a week for a month with strict instructions to do exercises a minimum of 3 times a day. That did not bring much relief, so I had traction and physio, then IMS and traction. I spent thousands of dollars and none of it brought a lot of relief. In fact the IMS made it worse. I started going to yoga which helped and met a shiatsu trainer who suggested I go to an Osteopath. After the first session with Vincent Durroux, I felt different and the following 3 days, I had little pain. It was such a different feeling, of not enduring chronic pain! After two sessions with him, I feel so much better. My pain is not completely gone, but combined with the yoga, it is manageable.

I was due in September for a quick blood work phone call to check how my medications were working. I was paying out of pocket, and my appointment for this 15-20 minute call in May was $50. I spoke with Alyssa and she explained if I became a member in September, the appointment would be included. A membership is $65. I hung up, prepared to pay and sign up in September like we discussed. They sent me paperwork to sign up for August, not what we had discussed. I let them know I wanted to start in September because I wouldn't be using their services, and that's when the cold unfriendly emails began. Like wtf. First, they said that since my last appointment was in May, no I couldn't sign up until I had another full patient appointment. (News to me) Then, they told me that their prices just went up so no, it isn't just $50 to go over blood work. The tone of the email was unfriendly and borderline rude and it was clear they wanted me to sign up and pay $65 for a month I wasn't even using their services and I'm not okay with that. It sounded like they were making things up to make it very inconvenient for me to wait. This is not a place I would recommend doing business with. I'm seriously disappointed because I liked Liz there, but the way this was handled was not okay. Be prepared to be haggled over memberships if you bring it up. Just no.
