But the most unpleasant part, was that the clinic made appointment when the doctor had not got all the test results he needed, which made our 96-year-old grandpa travel to the clinic in vain, while asking us to pay for each visit. The clinic said it was the patient responsibility to check if the doctor has got all the information he needs. I have a different opinion. Why would a family doctor asks to see you if he hasn't got the test results needed? What's the point of the visit? If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me. I do hope they can improve the service in the future to prevent situations like this from happening again.

Upon my first visit with David, he was able to pin point the source and cause of the pain and provided useful information and exercise recommendation to relief the tension. The clinic is clean and receptionist team is friendly. Each visit is around 40 mins and cost $75. At no point did I feel pressure to book a future appointment and was told I should be fixed within 3 sessions. I'm still waiting to do for my third, so far so good. BIM also offer acupuncture chiropractic service. This location also have a few work out machines, treadmills and other stretching devices. Parking is free underground shared with Vancity. I've been learning how to run for the past 6 months or so and during that time I've injured myself…read more- a lot! Mark Hampton at Excel has been a life saver! I've come in with my injuries and always left with a clear plan for recovery and always some great advice on how to remain injury free. Until I inevitably injure a completely different part of my body! At one point I was training for the Portland Triathlon and 2 weeks before my race I was injured thinking I would have to withdraw. After a couple of sessions with Mark he got me running again and my race went off without a hitch. So if you have some sort of nagging pain or injury I highly suggest paying Mark a visit. It's not very expensive and if it means you can walk/run/swim better then it's money well spent.
