I received a $125 gift certificate from work as a Christmas gift. I booked a facial and full body…read moremassage. The facial is $40 and full body for an hour is $70. Booking was easy and simple online through their website. Now, I toyed with 3 stars, but my massage therapist bumped my rating to 4 stars. She was so polite and friendly but also professional. I have never had a massage from a business in my life, and I was not disappointed. Walking in, you walk into a typical waiting room area, however there is nowhere to check-in. I was a little bit confused but a woman walked from the back to greet me and told me to take a seat. After about 10 minutes, my therapist came to get me. She led me to a room that was dimly lit and had tranquil music playing. She explained I could take off what clothing I felt comfortable with doing, cover myself with the sheet and she would return. The room was clean and smelled relaxing, if that makes sense. I would recommend the massage to everyone. I had muscles I didn't know I had and left wanting to take a nap. I'm pretty sure I started to snore at one point... I take off a star because my gift certificate was for $125. I received the body massage ($70) but did not get the facial massage ($40). I booked both appointments and had both confirmation emails. When checking out, she said it would be $70 and I proceeded to hand her the gift certificate. I admit, I forgot to point out that there was still $55 remaining. When I got home I immediately called (no answer) and emailed but did not ever receive a response. Had I paid for the service out of pocket, this would be a much lower rating. After the full body massage, I had $55 left on that gift certificate, but I never saw it or received services.

I bought the Wella highlighter, that was suppose to come a free 32oz cream developer, but they didn't have the developer so I received a rain check... The developer will not be available when I need it, so I'll just have to use what I already got... This is a small location, but it's well organized. I would definitely use this location, especially now that I know the location of the products that I need...

I'm glad this isn't my pharmacy because I would be switching instantly. My father had questions and she was not eager to help at all. Anything she was asked resulted in a negative demeanor. If you don't like your job, go somewhere else. Maybe she didn't get a Valentine's gift and was upset, but I can see why. Customer service sucks!!!!

I asked the attendant if he might need some help as he was working both the drive up window & checkout he said they've only been open 14mins. Asked why the guy sitting there surfing the web couldn't ring people if it was above his pay grade & he said the guy was the "roving" pharmacist. Mentioned to him we were considering changing pharmacies & he was nonchalant. As I write this I checked other Walgreens and it appears there's problems all around the country with the majority stemming from customer service. A Shame.. quick way to ruin a business.

I have no complaints. I was referred to GA Dermatology by…read moremy PCP. Office called promptly within a few days to make an appointment. They have an automated system that calls to remind you of your appointment 1 week ahead and then the day before. Office staff is friendly. As with any office, there are good days and bad days. I have waited in the waiting room as short as 10 minutes and on only one occasion, an hour. But, working in a doctor's office myself, I have an understanding and won't dock any stars. All offices try their hardest to stay on time but some cases are more complex than others and some days they pile in the same day. Moving on! I will admit, I do not do well with pain or needles, but Kelly Toler has a way of making you feel at ease. He has a great sense of humor and has lots of jokes up his sleeve. He answers any questions you may have and explains things thoroughly. He takes his time and does not rush. That is one thing I appreciate about him; never once have I felt rushed during my appointment.
