Booking was easy and simple online through their website. Now, I toyed with 3 stars, but my massage therapist bumped my rating to 4 stars. She was so polite and friendly but also professional. I have never had a massage from a business in my life, and I was not disappointed. Walking in, you walk into a typical waiting room area, however there is nowhere to check-in. I was a little bit confused but a woman walked from the back to greet me and told me to take a seat. After about 10 minutes, my therapist came to get me. She led me to a room that was dimly lit and had tranquil music playing. She explained I could take off what clothing I felt comfortable with doing, cover myself with the sheet and she would return. The room was clean and smelled relaxing, if that makes sense. I would recommend the massage to everyone. I had muscles I didn't know I had and left wanting to take a nap. I'm pretty sure I started to snore at one point... I take off a star because my gift certificate was for $125. I received the body massage ($70) but did not get the facial massage ($40). I booked both appointments and had both confirmation emails. When checking out, she said it would be $70 and I proceeded to hand her the gift certificate. I admit, I forgot to point out that there was still $55 remaining. When I got home I immediately called (no answer) and emailed but did not ever receive a response. Had I paid for the service out of pocket, this would be a much lower rating. After the full body massage, I had $55 left on that gift certificate, but I never saw it or received services.

The ladies at the front are exceptionally nice! My nieces referred me to Huntley (Physician…read moreAssistant). My initial visit with her was ok - I was excited about the cream she prescribed and the facial regimen she suggested - nothing spectacular. However, this second visit, it was a wam bam thank you ma'am this go round. Her nurse assistant seemed irritable and Huntley did also. I mean, neither of them smiled nor said "good day." She ran in, and she ran out! Not thorough at all. Perhaps, I was oblivious to the fact that I am a woman of color, and all this time I thought that didn't matter - especially since my nieces are African Americans. Well, it definitely felt uncomfortable this time. Silly me for thinking Huntley is open to seeing people of color. I won't be returning to see her specifically. I see another reviewer had a similar experience w/her. FYI: For those women of color who've had a similar experience w/Huntley, Ms. Tamika Chester is an NP w/GA Dermatology that I pinpointed who perhaps would be more welcoming of women of color. Huntley, shame on you.

I've been going to dermatologists for annual checkups since the early 2000s when a pre-cancerous…read morelesion was found on my arm. I lived in Metro Atlanta and while I went to the same practice, over the years I saw five different providers - two MDs and three PAs. All were excellent. They always used a magnified light for exams and spent a good ten minutes going over every square inch, including my scalp. This is what I was accustomed to. After moving to Warner Robins, I chose Georgia Dermatology as my new practice but the exam experience I had was an absolute joke. The PA (whose name I'll refrain from using, but SHOULD) came in with an intern who was shadowing. The PA talked with the intern more than she did with me. My exam? She took a whopping 30 seconds or so to look at me from about 18 inches away. I had to ASK her to check the back of my legs. Unbelievable. I hope this was an exception, but I'm obviously not going back.
