Community is a huge part of CrossFit, but they took it a step further and turned it into a Family. They have smaller classes which allowed the coach to actually help me with my form. On top of the Awesome workouts, they offer Quick Fit classes and nutrition coaching. As much as I disliked Corpus Christi, I would consider moving back just because of this Gym and everyone there! 5/5! 10/10!

They have a suggestion for people to wipe down the equipment after they use it but it is not enforced. I just saw a young man use the stretch mats and one of the large back rollers and he's sweating all over it sitting on it he's walking around all over it and walked on the other mats too and didn't clean up a goddamn thing. I was grossed out. So I went and told a couple of the employees that were standing around not doing anything. I asked them if it was a rule that they had to clean down afterwards and the man said no it's more of a suggestion it's nothing that we enforce. This is why I take my own towel and a cleaning supplies sometimes I take my own cleaning supplies because I don't know what kind of gross dude bro Jack has been using these machines and not cleaning up after themselves. And their sweat it's like rubbing their skin they're sweaty skin on my sweaty skin and not in a good way. It's awful and I know I've seen some women do that too where they just use the machine and then they walk away clean up after yourselves people it's not that hard.
