The door we received was of extremely poor quality--cracked, unfinished, with the wrong measurements, and badly scratched glass. After notifying Richard of these issues, he stopped responding to us and has not communicated since. Despite paying over $12,000, he refused to take responsibility or provide a refund. As a result, we pursued legal action, and the court ruled in our favor. We are now working with the court and a collection agency to recover our funds and hold him accountable for his misconduct. Do not purchase anything from this company. It is a fraud, and if you check the Better Business Bureau, you will see their rating reflects their fraudulent conduct.

Bruce did a great job moving the lines and installed the new disposal, sink, water faucets and topped the cabinets off with the new counter tops. He also secured the cabinets to the wall for the new cabinets and secured the already installed cabinets and counter tops. To top off the project, Bruce did a beautiful job installing a new back splash around the sink area and the prior installed area around the stove and fridge. He came out again on August 1, 2020 to pick up a check ($3,343.75) for half of the full amount ($6,687.50). On Thursday, August 6th, he came and measured the roof to confirm his measurements. He told me the materials would be delivered some time during the weekend of August 8th and that his crew would come on Monday, August 10th, to start the job. The materials were not delivered over the weekend. The materials were not delivered on Monday morning and no one showed up. He did not call, text or email me. I called him on Tuesday, August 11th and he said that he "promised" he would be there on Thursday," August 13th. He was a no show again on August 13th. Again, he did not call, text or email me. When I tried to call him, it went to VM and would not let me leave a message because his VM was full. I texted, called and emailed him. I finally received an email from him (7:39 pm) saying that one of his worker's tool had been stolen and that he had been dealing with the police. He also said that the best way to reach him was by email. He said he would be there Friday morning, August 14, 2020. Again, he didn't show up. No phone call, text or email. I have texted, emailed and called him repeatedly but have not heard from him since. I now do not have the money to replace my roof which is leaking. I gave him 1 because it wouldn't let me give 0
