On install day, Higor and his crew carefully moved any furniture in the way, removed our window treatments, then removed the existing 19 windows (a huge chore)! They reinstalled the new windows, foaming them in place for additional thermal protection, then trimming and caulking all the edges and corners. They made custom trim to cover the brick edges and siding. Finally, they cleaned all the windows and removed all the packaging and debris from around the house. We're very pleased with the quality of the windows, the professionalism of the employees, and our overall experience with Window World. 100% would recommend.

He provided no colors, samples of siding, windows or any products that went with adding siding to a home. They quickly did something and then texted me after leaving. There was no pictures (before or after) and no cleanup after doing my gutters - black sledge was all over my deck, stairs, windows and home which was recently painted. I had to called a different company (Affordable Gutter Cleaning) that responded promptly to clean the mess and check my gutters. Dylan claims they left the 'shingle sand' because he didn't have a water hose - however I checked and my hose was next to the deck stairs the whole time. He said he couldn't clean the mess on my chimney because the roof was steep...my question is - did you really do the gutters? I would not trust them unless you're able watch everything they do the entire time. I was so disappointed and frankly I felt my home was violated and we were cheated.
