When they vacuum they vacuum everything into the wall and don't clean along the baseboards so there is dust and dirt leftover. They only clean the basics - I had a shadow box in the middle of the room layered in dust and they left it. They only wiped down the bigger furniture pieces. So I was not a fan. We had to part after a year of trying to make it work.

From start to finish, this local company absolutely delivered top-notch service. We worked closely with Oliver, our sales rep, and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional, communicated quickly and clearly, and made sure we always knew the next steps--without ever feeling pressured. Going through insurance can be tricky, but Oliver helped us navigate every part of it with confidence. On the day of the roof install, which impressively was completed in just one day, I made a bit of a last-minute request to have our chimney topper painted since the crew would already be on the roof. Without hesitation, Oliver made it happen! He was on-site almost the entire time, ensuring things were running smoothly, and after the crew finished up, he personally walked the entire property with me, answering all my questions and making sure everything was perfect. There was a minor hiccup during the install--one of our gutters got dinged up--but again, Nexgen's customer service really shined. Oliver took full ownership of the issue and had it scheduled for replacement within just a few days at no cost to us. That kind of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is hard to find these days. We also had the pleasure of meeting a few other members of the Nexgen team, and every one of them were/are friendly, professional, and just genuinely great people. It's clear this is a company that takes pride in their work and their customer relationships. Honestly, I can't think of a single negative thing to say. 1-Star Review Very…read moredisappointing experience with Nature's Supply Centre. I called on Tuesday of this week specifically looking for Bermuda sod by the piece. The woman I spoke with told me that Friday is when their fresh sod is delivered and advised me to come early before they opened because the sod is first come, first serve. Based on that information, I made the trip early Friday morning expecting that I would have an opportunity to purchase Bermuda sod by the piece. Showed up 30 minutes prior to their opening waiting for them to open. When I arrived, I was told by the owner that the Bermuda sod was actually allocated to preordered pallets, and that they only sell it by the piece if there happens to be leftover sod or a no-show. That was never explained to me during my phone call. There was no mention that availability by the piece was dependent on leftovers or cancellations. Had I been given that information over the phone, I would have made a completely different decision about making the trip and certainly wouldn't have waited all week What was especially frustrating was that after I explained why I had come, the only solution offered was essentially to come back again next Friday and do it all again. There was no real attempt to address the fact that I had made the trip based on the information I was given. I completely understand that inventory can be unpredictable. What I don't understand is why a customer calling ahead can't simply be given accurate information about how that inventory is actually allocated. I followed the instructions I was given, showed up early on the exact day I was told to come, and ultimately wasted several hours of my morning for nothing. Hopefully they can improve the communication between their staff and customers, because this was an extremely frustrating experience.
