I've been exposed to natural medicine most of my life but have never seen such a great method of applying it, nor have I met such a perfect doctor who is knowledgeable in so many facets of healing and dedicated to her patient's health and wellbeing. She is also a pioneer for naturopathy in Texas, something absolutely worthy of respect! For those who aren't familiar with natural medicine and may be hesitant... just give it a try! It can change your life. Never have I felt better in body, mind, soul, and lifestyle than after finding Dr. Rocha. Natural medicine is far older, healthier, and more personable in my opinion than our current Western system (going to overworked Doctors and PAs who automatically lump you into a category and prescribe a drug). Did you know aspirin comes from a pain-easing chemical in willow bark, but aspirin can damage the lining of your stomach over time because this chemical is isolated from the other chemicals in the bark that naturally stop this ill effect? So if we used willow bark more than aspirin, we would have less side effects, as well as other great benefits such as antioxidant and immune boosting properties--one of many examples of the natural blessings we can find all around us. He started by greeting us barefoot, which was an odd choice. He coughed & cleared his throat throughout the whole massage. When I asked for the table warmer on, he said it was, but then bent down and turned it on. When he used his arms to massage me it felt like a hairy loofa *gross*. I had cupping added on to my service and I'm not sure if Pete knew what he was doing. I felt immediate relief when Stacey did my cupping, but the cups didn't stay and weren't nearly as helpful when Pete did them. Lastly, Pete lingered for a VERY long time after the massage. It's very awkward as you're trying to pay and leave a tip with someone is staring at you...still barefoot *professionalism* I would go back again, but I would definitely ask for Stacey.

The masseuse was also not friendly and did not ask questions when I was in obvious pain when she was working on me, nor did I feel very welcomed or comfortable. The only thing that was nice was the ambiance of the actual environment. It was low light and smelled pleasant, which helps relax the body.
