My husband is the patient at cCare and I come along to gather information, be of moral support, and add my "2 cents" to his appointments. If you are coming to cCare, it is not because you want to be there. Cancer diagnosis and treatment is not fun. Although not fun, cCare does work hard to make your reoccurring visits go smoothly. Be prepared to wait. It is just the way it is. There are lots of patients, and even with many doctors, each appointment takes time. No one wants to feel rushed at times like this. They want to be heard and seen--both patient and medical personnel. The waiting areas are comfortable, and although there are two floors spread over a large building, directions are easy to follow. The staff works hard to help patients navigate their appointments. The one area that needs work is the area of calling patients and/or returning calls. The main switchboard does not have the doctor's information. It is hard to communicate with staff via phone. read more

The only reason CCare is not getting a 1 star is because Dr. Hackett seemed to genuinely care about his patients. Let's be honest, no one wants to have to come here in the first place, and some of the staff and the scheduling has bonded the experience so much worse. Twice now, I have had appointments scheduled only for them not to have it in their system. They have scheduled appointments without my knowledge that did not work in my schedule. Today, I showed up and no appointment in their system and apparently they don't have the infusion I need so someone in the lab just canceled my apt with no phone call. These appointments take around three hours so patients have to rearrange their schedules and lives to be here. Ive also been told multiple times that I would receive a call back only for it to never happen. Their normal doctor appointments seem efficient, I was called quickly and got labs and then into the doctors room relatively quickly. These appointments take lab/treatment side is very frustrating. The level of disorganization and complete lack of communication is disappointing and unacceptable. read more

On 9/15/2025, I had an appointment at 0745 with cCare. However, at 0630 Rosa, 9/15/2025, called and informed me that my appointment was cancelled, because the Nurse Practitioner is unavailable today. Later, Summer, 9/15/2025, called and said I should come to cCare, have my laboratory test performed and go upstairs for a shot if necessary. Fortunately, Summer said I didn't need a shot, since all of my Blood Cell Counts were Normal. Starting 5/6/2016, during one of my three months check up, my Red Blood Cell Count was 834, Reference Range 470-610. When I went to my family doctor's appointment, I was told about the laboratory result of the Red Blood Cell Count of 834. I asked the family doctor what caused the Red Blood Cell Count of 834? The doctor said, I don't know, but I will find out who does. I received a call from Dr. Joseph Pascuzzo Office, with an appointment date and time. First you are to check in, have your laboratory tests performed and see Dr. Pascuzzo. My first with Dr. Pascuzzo, in 2016, he said you have Polycythemia Vera, the first state of Leukemia. These are your options, he gave me the choice of the option I wanted to use. Which was taking 1 Hydroxyurea twice a day, visit cCare once each week, check in, perform the laboratory test, come to my office and we will do what's necessary. Initially, my Blood Cell Counts were high, causing me to have the Blood Cell Counts, lowered to their normal levels. Later, my visits were moved to two weeks, three weeks, four weeks and now my visits are every two months following the process necessary for my health. That Dr. Joseph Pascuzzo, and his Superb, Knowledgeable, Caring, Helpful, Professional Associates direct me to do. During my initial problem, I lost weight. However, months ago, my family and I had to replace approximately 26 pairs of slacks, 20 short pants, numerous shirts, suits and ETC that were too small. So apparently my first review was removed. Maybe I called to many people out as inept doctors. I seriously cannot believe this place is in the business of "saving" lives or that they haven't been sued for malpractice and negligence. I know four people that have been treated here. Three are dead and then there's me, who sought a second opinion at MD Anderson in Texas, which thank God I did as they discovered more cancer that CCare failed to see. Told me I was good enough. Had I listened to their treatment plan, I would certainly be dead. They are incredibly rude, from nurse, surgeon, and oncologist. I now have my yearly screenings a Stanford and every time I tell my Ccare story to a dr, (Md Anderson, Stanford, Clovis) they are all shocked. read more

Just wow! THIS IS ABOUT STACY. I was referred over (a stat referral) and they attempted to call me while I was working. They called me 3x and all during working hours which is fine BUT everytime I called back I was transferred to Stacy and no answer. I eventually was able to leave a voicemail as most times the phone goes ringing forever without an answer. I then attempted to call back a few times and no answer. I had an appt with my PCP and informed them of the situation, while they were on the line with the office trying to get a hold of Stacy, guess who calls me, STACEY! She literally called to complain and say I was a liar, she also states that she closed my stat referral because I didn't answer. She referred to my voicemail saying I didn't call back fast enough! How fast do they close it?! And why would she not inform me after listening to my voicemail. She tried saying I didn't call back but I called multiple times and was not able to leave a VM as the phone rings forever and ever with no option to leave a voicemail. I had literally tried calling her while I was in the waiting room for my PCP, which is insane for her to call back -attack me with her aggressive tone then to say she closed my referral- I told my pcp as I was still there and the call was transferred to an MA which was told the same- that she closed out my STAT referral and we will have to make a new one. PS: MA also had called and was transferred over to Stacy and on hold forever long- was transferred and unable to contact her until Stacy called me and I told Stacy my pcp was on hold for her She could have def went about things differently instead of calling me so aggressively! it's not my fault we can't leave you a voicemail every time we call, you guys need to fix your CMR system to keep track of the calls because blaming the patient for "not calling back" fast enough when YOU DONT ANSWER the phone is insane! read more

I would say staff and doctors are nice, friendly and well knowledge. My concern and dislike is the long wait times. For my personal medical problem, I'm to obtain labs prior to seeing my doctor which can be beneficial being squeezed into one visit , however labs can sometimes take one hour. Then I am moved into a second waiting room, which can take another hour. Depending on the day, I may wait another 30 mins to one hour in the doctor's room. Therefore, the total wait time is over three hours for one visit. Fortunately, I only see the doctor every few months. I don't know how the other patients that have to see the doctor frequently go through. The second problem is, they tell me I need to wait for approval from my insurance before scheduling me for any infusions. Often times I will get an approval letter with approval 7 days ago and yet to receive any phone call from their end. I'm always the one to reach out to CCARE. I think the biggest issue is that they overbook their appointments and have too many patients to see and patients fall through the cracks. read more

My doctor referred me to CCARE. CCARE didn't call me for an appointment until after 6 weeks, even though I followed up many times. The explanation was they couldn't give me an appointment until the doctor reviewed my case. If it takes a physician that long to review a case do you really want to put your life in their hands? Staff didn't seem to be concerned or caring. Things happen for a reason - found an excellent doctor at M2. Staff is also wonderful. read more

unbelievable. I was just hung up on by a customer service rep at cCARE because I had questions about billing disputes and refunds/credits owed to me. I had previously spoken to someone on the phone in billing during my last visit who just passed the buck to someone else. I call the Customer Service line on the billing statement and ran into the rude rep who did not listen nor let me speak. She just wanted to cover her ass with a canned response and hung up when I would not let her bully me while I was trying to speak. I wish I remembered her name because I would love to warn anyone going through the difficulty of cancer and then having to deal with this mess to hang up or wait for another rep if you get her. and bear in mind, I'm a cancer patient/customer of theirs! I've loved my doctor, nurses and all the staff at my location, but dealing with most customer service folks at cCARE has consistently been a nightmare - and now even getting hung up on by a CS rep cuz she couldn't stand me not taking her bullying?!?! Good luck to any other patients who are put in this mess of a situation. Thankfully, after being told to call an outside billing agency, they then transferred me to someone in the actual Billing team who took time, listened to my issues, looked them up and got everything all straightened out for me. The staff is unable to serve the incredible volume of patients they serve. Poor communication, significant delays despite having appointments. They are NEVER prepared for the appointment which causes further delays which is not acceptable given the tremendous toll it takes on the patients while they are waiting. They need to offer valet or assistance to patients as they get in/out of their vehicles. Waiting rooms are noisy and extremely crowded. There is no cell phone policy which means everyone is listening to their phones on full volume without ear buds. Very stressful situation for patients and caregivers. Highly suggest The Cancer Center at Clovis Community Hospital. They have wheelchair assistance, they are timely, the waiting rooms are quiet and peaceful. Patients and caregivers are offered water and the level of care provided from checking in to speaking with the doctor cannot be compared to this awful place. Avoid at all costs. read more

Parvezz was supposed to take care of her and failed her, not a lot of people are into the medical field so not knowing much she should have explained what was to come with especially considering my mothers age and done frequent X-rays after chemo even though my mother had no pain after treatments. Yes I understand chemo is bad and I regret so much now that my mother is no longer with us. She lasted 5months chemo. My mother done what she thought would save her life an they just took her life. After a ten-year battle with kidney cancer, my mom passed away on December 30. Treated at cCARE by Dr. Haseeb, after surgery to remove her left kidney and the large tumor, she was prescribed chemotherapy, which slowed the cancer but caused memory loss and weakness, radiation, which killed a small tumor in her brain but caused dementia, and immunotherapy, which led to her death. There were several times throughout the years that the doctor was unavailable when my dad called with questions as the treatment side effects got worse. This was especially true when she deteriorated rapidly after getting an immunotherapy infusion. With the doctor not available to talk, the staff gave my dad the suggestion to take a generic over-the-counter medication for relief. The immunotherapy infusions were continued without the doctor even seeing how badly she had declined in person or speaking on the phone with my dad. When he did finally see her, he seemed genuinely shocked and stopped immunotherapy, but why did it take so long? That visit was followed by three trips to ERs and two hospital stays before she passed away in home hospice care. The hospital doctors wanted to speak with the cancer doctor to know what his prognosis was but again, this doctor was unavailable and out of the country. I wish this doctor had been more attentive and available. Seeing the huge crowds in the waiting rooms on my trips there gave me the impression that patients are simply numbers. After being treated there for ten years, the doctor or cCARE won't even send the family a $2.00 condolence card. I've written to them three times asking about this but don't even get the courtesy of a response. This seems very uncaring, cold and unprofessional. I think "CARE" should be taken out of the name. I'm haunted by the question: what if my mom was taken somewhere else for treatment? read more

After two months of making numerous calls and sending messages in an attempt to reach my dad's oncologist, his team finally got back to me, stating that they would call my father at noon that day. However, noon came and went with no call. I called after 3 pm and followed up with the nurses multiple times, but I was not able to speak to anyone and had to leave messages again. This unprofessional behavior and pure negligence are especially concerning because my dad is 81 years old and a respected retired Dean of the University in Fresno, CA. I am unsure if this lack of follow-up is because they are done treating my father. If so, they should have a discussion with us, instead of not following up on appointments. read more

I have been going to Fresno cCARE since 2014. I have always been seen and treated by Dr. A. Haseeb. I have Multiple Myeloma, which is incurable. When other doctors gave up and didn't want to treat me because it was so advanced, Dr. Haseeb believed otherwise and not only did he save my life with hid wonderful treatment physically, but he helped me emotionally as well. He gave me hope, and not false hope, but totally genuine. He never rushes through a visit. He always explains everything to me and has taught me a lot. The best doctor I've ever had, bar none. Staff can use some more training in professionalism. First, I Clarified with the girl that called me for the appointment that I would be in and out in under an hour as I had class yet I was not. I was lied to and told I was my physician's first patient in the morning, yet two other patients were taken back before me. I was at the office for a total of 90 minutes, with no lab work done, just a visit with my physician, which made me late for class. Once in the back, I asked Mayra, the MA I'm assuming, about how much longer it would be because I had class and I was told I was his first patient and she said word for word "it's not my fault". I'm in the medical field myself, have been for over 10 years, and am in nursing school, and that is a phrase you should NEVER use when talking to a patient. I am so appalled at the unprofessionalism Mayra displayed. The doctor I normally see also seemed rushed which I don't appreciate since my time is valuable just like his. I was disappointed that the doctor, after concluding the visit just turned around and walked out of the room and closed the door......no ' good-bye', 'you can leave now'----just left. I sat there alone for a few minutes and finally peeked out. I guess that was my signal to leave. I've been accompanying my dad to his appointments at cCare and my over all experience has been pleasant, given the circumstances. By far, the one who makes me feel most comfortable is Dr. Batth. From the first visit I could tell that he's very knowledgeable in his field as well as very carrying. He has great bed-side manners and is compassionate when he speaks to his patients as their guest. He also speaks Spanish very well and I appreciate how he addresses my dad directly even though he knows I can translate. Dr. Batth made it a point to help expedite my dad's other doctors appointments and was quick to get on the phone with the other doctors to discuss my dad's condition and treatment plan. This is our first experience with oncology and I truly feel that my dad is in good hands with Dr. Batth. read more

my 86 yr old mother went there for an infusion. there were bacteria in the solution that they inserted in a vein on top of her wrist. She ended up in the hospital 2 days later. her body was one big infection. 86 yrs old. unacceptable they will be hearing from my attorney. I was told 2 other people received the same thing. if you want to take care of this matter one-on-one we can, if not I will be contacting channels 30, 47, 24, and channel 26 with this matter. Some reviewers said they were in and out within 30 mins , HOW??? Please tell us your trick. We have been here for almost TWO hourS and still waiting OUTSIDE , and normally when we get into a room there will be another hour or so until we see the doctor. Last time, my sister was so tired of the long wait she had to lay down on the exam table. The total time for us was almost 3 hours last time , and it doesn't seem like this time will be better. We rushed to be here on time ( my sister's appointment is at 0830 ), but then have to wait hours to be seen. With appointments and everyone has to wait for so long ( I'm talking about FEW HOURS long), I just don't understand. Do they put 5 or more patients on the same spot ? Is this place becoming an ER Waiting room? I feel bad for the patients , some are on chemo/radiation and they are fatigue , to sit and wait for a couple hours is not easy for them. Don't get me wrong , we love our doctor and staffs here. But the wait is insane . I wish the appointment system is better. read more

Cancer care has made huge advances in the past few years. But so have the number of patients being treated. I find the treatiments at cCare to be very good. There is little doubt that as patient numbers have increase, the personal attention delivered has decreased. I believe that my doctor still gives me the best possible care and treatment available but he has so many patients to see that he no longer takes the time to didicate to my personal attention. Most doctor visits are less than 10 min and just cover the absolute min of exchange. I'm still confident in the care I receive but no longer feel special. read more

This place takes too long. My grandmother and I got here at 12:40 which is super early for her appointment at 1:30. It took over an hour to get her blood drawn and another hour to be put in a room and wait until 3:00!What's the point of having an appointment if they don't adhere to them? On top of that the rooms are freezing for a place that primarily sees the elderly you think they would be more accommodating. It seems they are taking advantage of the elderly by making them wait so long. My grandmothers appointment wasn't the only one that was far behind. She waited all that time just for them to say they needed approval on what she needed and to come back in August. read more

The place is clean and staff is friendly. However I will not recommend or I will not send my family to there in the future. My mother diagnosed lung cancer a year ago. Dr lemon was very friendly. I had no experience but trust him, and trust CCARE. What a mistake!!! I never saw any X-RAY. Never physically saw a medical report. Waiting for hours in the office for less than 15 mins visiting. Everytime Dr lemon will tell me, my mother's treatment is good. All the results came back are good. He hadn't used all his tricks. She will be ok. I asked how long she will live, he told me he didn't know. Everytime when we visit him, all he said is everythung looks good. In fact, it was not good at all. She passed away after a year with no any sign. Left us completely in shock. I really wish Dr lemon would tell me the truth. Help me prepare for this sadness. I rather he discuss the worst with me than left me completely blank. I had no siblings, my mother live with me. She took shower and get her ready for an appointment. Then suddenly happened. Peoples lives are successfully being saved here. So, have confidence in the process. But . . . they are SLOW AF. Don't show up early, it wont do you any good. You are going to be waiting a while. Bring a pillow, a bag lunch and a jacket. Three hours at this location is our average time spent here, whether its one or three appointments in the same day. The elderly end up freezing here. Cell service here is spotty. If you are a texter or a gamer, you will have trouble at this location once you are inside. You have been advised. Prepare accordingly. I had a 4pm appointment and I checked in at 3:17pm. I was not called in for my labs until 430. When I was finally called back for my labs the lab tech did not apologize for my wait despite seeing how long I had been waiting. I checked in 3 times to see when I would be called for labs and each time I was told I was next but many people were called before me. The last receptionist I checked in with told me I was placed in cue for labs at my appointment time at 4pm not my check in time. I understand ccare is busy however, I was not pleased with the service today. Very frustrating!. However, I really like my doctor, he listens, and answers any questions I have. read more

What i notice is that prior to the renovation and enlargement of the facility Ccare was very efficient and timely. My Doctor had time to discuss my issues was kind and caring. Since the new facility opened, however, he seems rushed and has no time to discuss anything. Like the other reviewers i have had long waits to be helped, about 2 hours or so. I wonder if it is because Ccare has had such rapid growth. What will it take to resolve this problem? Mote doctors, PAs, NPs, nurses and other personnell? I hope this problem is resolved soon. Okay, clearly things are running more smoothly if you don't have need of an oncologist or radiologist, but the doctors and staff at Cancer Care Associates are the absolute best you could ever hope for. I'm constantly amazed at the ability of the staff to remember my name; they deal with hundreds (I'm guessing) of people a day...maybe many dozen. Always friendly, very good about scheduling and communicating with you in follow-up and appointment reminders. They are the best, I feel comfortable around them, and feel lucky that they work there...like my own personal army! My doctor is Dr. Pad. He is beyond fantastic! I feel he really discusses all the options I'm looking at, why he's leaning this way or that way, and he's just one hell of a nice guy too! Also, if he's unsure of something, say what protocol would be more appropriate, he'll say so, then go on to say who he'll consult on this and why they are the best qualified authority in this particular area. How incredibly refreshing; Dr Pad is a kind man with pride, but not a hint of hubris! Also, depending on your needs, they can do everything in house; radiation, chemo, scans, etc. Very convenient. The doctors are wonderful - absolutely wonderful. The nursing staff and patient care staff is wonderful. The problem is their business office. It is not local. They are NEVER available to discuss your account. I've had multiple issues with insurance billing and accuracy. Corrections are impossible to get. You have to pay up front for their mistakes and let it get resolved later. The local office set payment arrangements (confirmed 3 times) then the billing or business office out of town said no arrangements made - it was close to going to collections before I realized this. Not a good situation when you're trying to balance health, work, living expenses, etc. If you don't care about finances and can afford anything (mistakes or not, up front payment, etc.) I'm sure you will get far better treatment than someone like me who actual has to analyze what they are paying and sometimes needs a few payments on what is actually owed. I love the doctors but cannot return - don't have the energy or emotion to deal with their "business office" - rude rude rude! read more
