They both work full time and aren't the type to get on their kids about keeping clean and when they do they are ignored. Hee hee 2 teens and a tot they were due for a deep cleaning. Girls on the go has a deep clean package. They quote between 4 to 5 hours and it cost her $260.00. She did round up to $300. Our homes are around 4000 sq ft. She gave them 4 out of 5 stars. They did a great thorough job. The only issue she had was a bit of mold still in thr guest shower. They do have a policy where if you are not happy with something they will come back. She took care of it herself and didn't have them come back. They had the best price out of all 8 places I gave her to call!

Unfortunately, someone called out sick, which would have been understandable but I was not notified of this until after I asked about why there was only one cleaner at my house. The cleaner was very friendly but was horrible. After arriving on time, she left immediately to get more supplies, ok it happens but be better prepared. When she gets back 30 minutes after the original start time, I gave her a walk through of the house. I only asked her to not clean 1 of the 4 bedrooms (Unused guest room), however she never touched my sons room. When I asked her about the master bath mirrors and sinks, she was insistent that there was a "sticky residue" on the mirrors and couldn't get it off. Wiped clean when I did it.... the master toilet, I had to re-scrub since she missed a lot in her "scrub". she had to use my vacuum half way through the job since hers "broke" again unprepared for work..Meanwhile, I am working from home expecting that for someone that cleans houses for a living would not need direction.... however when she reported that she was "done" and loaded her car up before my walk through, I found my exterior fridge untouched, kitchen counters with visible debri and my half bath, laundry and walkway from garage to kitchen, unswept or mopped. When I asked her to complete those tasks she seemed irritated that I would even ask her. I was extremely irritated at this point and left to pick up my daughter from work. When asked how things "went" by the owner I was honest about my disappointment and would not be using them again. I was given multiple excuses, and honestly if I am hiring someone to clean my house it is not my job to babysit them cleaning my house! They should be an expert by now! I was offered a free reclean but there is no way in hell I would want them to give me another mediocre cleaning. I literally paid $150 ($25 discount for my troubles) but feel like I would have gotten a better clean from my 15 year old doing it for free! Don't bother wasting your time or money there are better options out there.

So, I hired MaidThis on a hunch. The quote they gave me was incredibly reasonable, and I figured that if I needed to come behind them and do a little touch up, I could take an hour to do that. I'm the gal who cleans behind the cleaners because they so often miss things like the top of the door trim, inside the cabinets, behind/under furniture/appliances. I wasn't there when the crew came, so when I stopped by the townhouse to check on the status, I was blown away. The person who came to clean missed absolutely nothing! I didn't have to lift a finger. I've never had such a competent cleaning crew that I didn't have to at least do one or two minor things - but it's as if I cleaned the place myself. Everything was spit shined, even the walls. When I initially reached out, Esperanza set a day she would come by to give me a quote to do just a general cleaning of my new home for a move out/move in cleaning. I then heard back from her the morning we were to meet and was told since her other client who lived in the area had canceled she no longer could come by for the quote, but could go off the square footage. I then gave her the information, but then was put into contact with her operations manager Kristin. Kristin went through everything I wanted done, as well as other services they offered. I was given a rough estimate and told a final price would be given at the time of service. She also told me to pay either venmo, zelle, or cash upon the final service. I eventually scheduled with them for a Monday at 8AM. Monday came around and the team was 15 minutes late arriving to start. Once they were ready, we went through once more what I wanted done. The bathrooms, shutters, kitchen, and ceiling fans were to be done. Kitchen appliances and were flooring were to be left for a later cleaning. I left Esperanza and her team to it and was told to be back prior to them finishing. I left and arrived back just before 11am, at that time Esperanza said they were just about finished and packing up. I was expecting to come back to a fresh smell, but didn't. I started checking the bathrooms and they seemed ok. At a glance the kitchen seemed ok and the shutters also seemed fine. The team seemed to be in a hurry, so as I'm asking for Esperanza's information for Zelle she then informed me to Venmo the money to the operations manager I initially contacted. I gave a $30 cash tip to each of her two team members, then sent the final price of $300 plus $30 tip for Esperanza. I thanked them and they were on their way. It wasn't until later that day, my husband and I were going back through and saw the kitchen and pantry had not been touched. I immediately reached out to Kristin, since she is the one who set the appointment. She said that Esperanza apologized and did not mean to miss this. The kitchen is quite large and with almost three hours, I can't see how this could be missed. You literally have to walk through the kitchen to get to parts of the house. Kristin then said Esperanza wanted to come back out and fix it, so we set the date for Saturday, the same week of the cleaning. The day they were to return I get yet another text of how another client in the area had canceled so she could refund $30 or take $30 off the next cleaning because she would no longer be coming (*insert eye roll). So I paid $300, the job wasn't done correctly the first time and instead of coming back to insure business for a "next time", cancel and only refund $30. So she got the full amount and gave back the tip. Thanks but no thanks. Moving forward with another company in the future.
