Big nasty rust spot in the tub that the other guys couldn't handle? GONE. Sticky residue left on floors from their cleaning agents? GONE. My reputation with my client? GO- I mean RESTORED. Unfortunately, someone called out sick, which would have been understandable but I was not notified of this until after I asked about why there was only one cleaner at my house. The cleaner was very friendly but was horrible. After arriving on time, she left immediately to get more supplies, ok it happens but be better prepared. When she gets back 30 minutes after the original start time, I gave her a walk through of the house. I only asked her to not clean 1 of the 4 bedrooms (Unused guest room), however she never touched my sons room. When I asked her about the master bath mirrors and sinks, she was insistent that there was a "sticky residue" on the mirrors and couldn't get it off. Wiped clean when I did it.... the master toilet, I had to re-scrub since she missed a lot in her "scrub". she had to use my vacuum half way through the job since hers "broke" again unprepared for work..Meanwhile, I am working from home expecting that for someone that cleans houses for a living would not need direction.... however when she reported that she was "done" and loaded her car up before my walk through, I found my exterior fridge untouched, kitchen counters with visible debri and my half bath, laundry and walkway from garage to kitchen, unswept or mopped. When I asked her to complete those tasks she seemed irritated that I would even ask her. I was extremely irritated at this point and left to pick up my daughter from work. When asked how things "went" by the owner I was honest about my disappointment and would not be using them again. I was given multiple excuses, and honestly if I am hiring someone to clean my house it is not my job to babysit them cleaning my house! They should be an expert by now! I was offered a free reclean but there is no way in hell I would want them to give me another mediocre cleaning. I literally paid $150 ($25 discount for my troubles) but feel like I would have gotten a better clean from my 15 year old doing it for free! Don't bother wasting your time or money there are better options out there.

When I initially reached out, Esperanza set a day she would come by to give me a quote to do just a general cleaning of my new home for a move out/move in cleaning. I then heard back from her the morning we were to meet and was told since her other client who lived in the area had canceled she no longer could come by for the quote, but could go off the square footage. I then gave her the information, but then was put into contact with her operations manager Kristin. Kristin went through everything I wanted done, as well as other services they offered. I was given a rough estimate and told a final price would be given at the time of service. She also told me to pay either venmo, zelle, or cash upon the final service. I eventually scheduled with them for a Monday at 8AM. Monday came around and the team was 15 minutes late arriving to start. Once they were ready, we went through once more what I wanted done. The bathrooms, shutters, kitchen, and ceiling fans were to be done. Kitchen appliances and were flooring were to be left for a later cleaning. I left Esperanza and her team to it and was told to be back prior to them finishing. I left and arrived back just before 11am, at that time Esperanza said they were just about finished and packing up. I was expecting to come back to a fresh smell, but didn't. I started checking the bathrooms and they seemed ok. At a glance the kitchen seemed ok and the shutters also seemed fine. The team seemed to be in a hurry, so as I'm asking for Esperanza's information for Zelle she then informed me to Venmo the money to the operations manager I initially contacted. I gave a $30 cash tip to each of her two team members, then sent the final price of $300 plus $30 tip for Esperanza. I thanked them and they were on their way. It wasn't until later that day, my husband and I were going back through and saw the kitchen and pantry had not been touched. I immediately reached out to Kristin, since she is the one who set the appointment. She said that Esperanza apologized and did not mean to miss this. The kitchen is quite large and with almost three hours, I can't see how this could be missed. You literally have to walk through the kitchen to get to parts of the house. Kristin then said Esperanza wanted to come back out and fix it, so we set the date for Saturday, the same week of the cleaning. The day they were to return I get yet another text of how another client in the area had canceled so she could refund $30 or take $30 off the next cleaning because she would no longer be coming (*insert eye roll). So I paid $300, the job wasn't done correctly the first time and instead of coming back to insure business for a "next time", cancel and only refund $30. So she got the full amount and gave back the tip. Thanks but no thanks. Moving forward with another company in the future.

So much was "missed" that we spent an afternoon cleaning after the "housekeeping" was done. Baseboards, windows, vacuuming in corners were all not done, even had to mop the floor because whatever they used to clean the floor left a film over the hardwood.
