We never authorized access, and entering a locked yard without consent is completely unacceptable and felt like a violation of our privacy. On top of that, the work itself is careless. Weeds along the sides are ignored, grass clippings are left piled around the house. For the amount they charge, the service is nowhere near worth it. This company requires full payment for the entire season upfront, but when we tried to cancel due to poor service and requested a refund since they would not be completing a full season worth of services, we were told "sorry wish we could help you, but the money has already gone to operations". Despite multiple requests, I have yet to receive documentation supporting the alleged "verbal no refund would be issued agreement". To make matters worse, during one of my calls, I overheard another customer expressing similar frustrations with the company's service!! Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. It has been twelve weeks. By my calculations he has been out four times out of twelve weeks. The reason the number of times are my calculations? Because I could never get an invoice. I literally hounded him to get one.To this day I still don't have an invoice. I finally just gave him money for over the amount of visits he had come at that point thinking if I paid him over subsequent visits could be applied to the overage I paid. He promised so many times to get me an invoice and accounting of the times he came. Never did. To this date, I am in the red and I don't care. Consider that a paid for lesson to never use this service again. In addition, he does not communicate. He simply does not come when he tells you he will be there. If you get a reply on your text to him, he will promise you he is coming early the next week or his new favorite "in the morning". He simply doesn't come. No text that he isn't coming. Nothing. You always have to reach out and say "Hey, do you plan to come?" Of course, he is going to tell you he is coming the next morning and is yet again a "no show". In the past two months he has managed to make it here one time with all communication being initiated by me. So much for a weekly lawn service. He was going to be here bright and early this morning to mow. Still have yet to hear from him. UPDATE: He apologized profusely and asked that I take down the review and gave me some reasons why he has not been showing up and non-communicative. I told him I would based on those issues but was having issue with this google review not posting so I could not remove. For some reasons the pictures I had attached did show up but not the review. He out of no where told me I "better take that down" or he would "make it a problem. I had tried to explain all of this is documented and nothing is untruthful and I am fully within my rights to post a review of my experience. You will not win" for leaving pictures of his lack of work on my lawn on "his thing" meaning this Google platform. Seven years ago I sealed the expansion joints in my drive myself using self leveling caulk. It…read morelasted 6 years before separating. I Wanted old caulk removed from expansion joints and refilled with expandable caulking (preferably self leveling). What they put in was mortar. Consequently, it cracked within 4 days.
