I used this service last year. At one point the service was less than satisfactory but as the season progressed it seemed that they were trying to meet the needs of my yard. The yard never improved but they were able to cut and trip both the front and back yards. It is this year where I am highly unsatisfied. Fiscally, I am not in the same situation as I was before. They sent me an invoice (after business hours). for the upcoming season. I informed them that I am unable to retain their services and they refused to change anything. Within 3 days, they had already withdrawn over 1400.00 ( after work hours) out of my account without my permission. I emailed and they refused to change anything. I later called and they never called me back. I do not recommend this company at all. I am retracting my previous review and giving you warning, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Previously, I wanted to speak with a representative and followed the address given. It is not an address of any building other than a high- rise residential downtown off of 17th st. When I called to ask exactly where the shop was, they were upset that I was trying to find the address. They are definitely not interested in a good customer service. Finally, I tried to look up their business on the BBB of Denver. They are not listed. All flags I think you should consider before you move forward. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. They do not return phone calls, provide misleading information, and fail to follow through on what they promise. My husband, who has dementia, signed a contract. I contacted the owner the very next day, explained the situation, and requested to be released. He spoke with me at length and said he would call me back--but never did. Despite multiple messages, I never received a response, and we were left stuck in the contract. To make matters worse, the contract auto-renews. It also took several requests before they finally provided us with a copy of the agreement. Based on my experience, I found this company to be unresponsive, untrustworthy and unethical. We hired them last summer to move from the beginning of July until the end of the season due to a medical issue. They knew that and i was given a pro-rated bill for the rest of the season. This spring they constantly are harassing us for payment this season, knowing we aren't using them. We've called, spoken to them and left messages w/ them. This week we received a threat to send us to collections. Thankfully for us, the credit card we used last summer is inactive or they would have already charged our card. Last spring they billed us twice, had to get that straightened out and immediately after giving our card number to them on the phone, the only people/business we had done that with, our card was used on an unauthorized charge with a different vendor. read more

I called Andrews Lawn and Snow to inquire about monthly service and was met with one of the rudest and most unprofessional responses I've experienced in years of working with vendors. The person I spoke with was immediately defensive and focused solely on whether they'd get paid--before we even discussed the job. As a property manager, I work with numerous contractors and always follow proper processes. I have never once failed to pay a vendor, and for someone to question that from the start, without any basis, is completely unacceptable. For a business that claims to have been around for 30 years, I expected basic professionalism and respect. What I received was the opposite. ... beyond horrific experience: scammers. Contracts selt-renew and our request to cancel the contract on one of our homes was one day late (our fault). They adamantly refused to cancel this contract even though no service had yet started. Numerous subsequent phone calls went unanswered, those that were answered were highly confrontational and unimaginably rude. We were offered a $2000 credit to be applied for services in the future as they acknowledged knowing we had hired someone else for this year. Later, when we tried using this credit to schedule next year's service they informed us that the credit is now actually less than $800 because... they had been servicing our property THIS year (? what, admittedly knowing we were using a different company this year? Without telling us? Really?) In my opinion this is not dealing in good faith or worse. Rather than subjecting ourselves to anymore of their games, anymore of their business tactics, and anymore of their verbal aggression, we are choosing to give up our existing credit of almost $800 to be rid of these people and this company. Warning, WARNING, HIRE the company at your own RISK!! This company is also know on there Contract as Lawn Care services. They put this on there Contract. They never on there Contract say anything about Andrew's Lawn Service. They just want your money, and once they get your money, your at their mercy. Half the time there contractors don't show up. You to keep calling them to ask, when is there gonna be someone to come out to cut your lawn. Good luck if they come, it's less than more. They charge you for the season. Our Contract was from May 1st, but didn't start until the 15th through Oct 31st 2025. It's suppose to be for a year, starting back up May 1st 2026. All they've done since May is make false promises they don't keep. Also you have to pretty much babysit their workers even if they show up. EXAMPLE: Yesterday Oct 15th we recieved a Email from them, stating they would be out to cut our yard. It was a beautiful day, right?...Do you think they showed up. Well guess what they didn't, we didn't expect them too either. Why, cause they lie. Why would they waste the time & energy to send out such messages? Oh I know why? Cuz their trying to push out the time until Oct 31st, so they can say they couldn't come out, due to the weather, rain or snow. In which it didn't do neither !! We're over this company !! They also wanted us to hire them for snow removal service for a very outrageous price. They can"t be dealing with a full deck. Snow and Lawn Care Services is a fraud! They don't even have a local address, only a phone number and website. I talked to them over the phone about their services. I agreed to have them mow my yard. About 30 minutes later I called back and canceled their service, was told to call back in the morning, called the next morning was transferred but the call was disconnected. I called back and spoke to Michael, told him I wanted to cancel their service and he said there services were non refundable. I had no clue, he called back a few hours later with the recorded call, I didn't hear the NON refundable part. He condensed it and played it again and at the very end I heard a quick low blurb about non refundable. It's my understanding you have 3 days to cancel before being locked in. NOT with them. He ASSURED me I would be happy. The next day they serviced my yard and didn't take care of the weeds with a weed eater in the front and side yard. Called twice left messages, sent an email and never received any response back. Next visit they didn't do the weeds again PLUS they didn't do the back yard at all! Sent email and left voice messages, no response. Contacted the local BBB was told to contact the BBB Great West + Pacific 2340 S. Eagle Rd Meridian, ID 83642 resolutions@thebbb.org (208) 342-4649 WHAT? They aren't even located in the state of CO?! Contacted the BBB in ID and after several weeks of them trying to contact this business I got this response: "Please note that the complaint has been closed as "unanswered." After multiple attempts, we were unable to get the business to respond, resulting in this closure." Not only do they not respond to customers they don't respond to the BBB. Now I have to contact the Colorado Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) - Bureau of Consumer Protection.
