Do not come to this clinic, it is a total scam! All I managed to get was my initial consultation appointment but after the experience I will not be returning. I had to pay for the appointment in full the day of the appointment, they submitted it for insurance which ended up covering all but $60, but instead of refunding me the difference, they charged me the additional $60. So I ended up paying for the full price and an additional copay. I made many many attempts to get a hold of someone in the office to get a refund for their mistake. I called for 16 days in a row every 30 minutes, no one ever answered the phone and when they did they just transferred me to a voicemail. I think I called 30 plus times, left 20 plus voicemails, left my name and number with the front desk attendant 15 times, and I never not once got a call back or anyone helping me. In the end I had to resort to call him my credit card to dispute the charge since no one was able to answer the phone and help me with a refund. After looking at all of the reviews it seems like others had the same experiences me. I saw a maternal fetal medicine doc. This doc said by the date of my last testosterone dose I wouldn't even be transferring maternal blood dosed with testosterone to the embryo yet. Aka the baby is 100% fine in relation to the testosterone doses. You would think this basic information would be something a reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist with over 21 years of experience would know. So either Dr. KONDAPALLI'S knowledge is severely LACKING or she's just a big BULLY! read more

I have been involved with CCRM for a few years. I will always be grateful that they were able to help me have a child. This was a few years ago. Since then, I feel as though I am a number on a spreadsheet. When you call you sit on hold for 20-45 minutes with the call often dropping after you have waited. There is no longer a personal and warm interactions with staff. This is so important to most families working to get pregnant. I was a low-risk patient with not many needs so others with more challenging issues may need a very specialized place. Just know, you are paying above national average for below average customer service and unclear communication about billing and financial topics. Further, I have been working to get my embryo transferred from here to another clinic. This process has taken months. When I call to talk to someone to move the process along, I end up being on hold and told no one is available and to leave a message which I am lucky to receive a call back weeks later. I have wasted thousands of dollars and many hours with this facility and would not recommend this place to anyone. If you are able, find a less expensive clinic with friendly staff that see you as a person, a family with needs, and not just a dollar sign. Other reviews will say the same. Stay away. read more

This business is absolutely atrocious. Please read about my experience and seriously consider moving forward here. I went to CCRM to get fertility testing in March. On March 21st I received results back and was told i have diminished ovarian reserve and that my chances of conceiving naturally were extremely low. I was told IVF with an aggressive protocol would be my best option. I received that bad news and then had to wait one month for a "regroup" to discuss next steps with my doctor. The following month I went to my regroup and was given my protocol which was a month of priming hormone meds which would start in May. After the May priming meds, I would start injections in June, and a tentative retrieval date for June 14th. From my regroup until today, I have done numerous blood tests, imagining exams, etc. I also had to order $7,000 worth of non-refundable IVF meds. Well, I found out yesterday that I have been pregnant since mid April. I was pregnant almost the entire time I was in CCRM care. I was pregnant when they told me to start taking priming medications including testosterone. Certain priming medications are extremely dangerous for pregnant women. Testosterone is toxic to fetuses and is very well documented to cause serious birth defects. "Prenatal and neonatal testosterone exposure can cause sexual dimorphism in human behavior, including social development, as well as birth defects impacting genitalia development." Meaning even small amounts of exposure to testosterone in pregnant women can cause little boys to develop female genitalia and features, and little girls to develop male genitalia and features. So now here I am, pregnant and being told by CCRM that they can no longer do anything for me. I have spent over $10,000 on IVF prep that I will not be able to move forward with and will not be able to get money back for. I have a poor outlook on my pregnancy and have unintentionally harmed my baby due to their guidance. I was pregnant all along, without any assistance from CCRM. And now I am in a far worse position than I was before I contacted them. This company is not ethical. The amount of emotional distress I have been though since first contacting CCRM has been insurmountable. The experience of infertility is already stressful, scary, and sad at times. CCRM has done nothing but increase the pain a diagnosis of infertility can cause. read more

In all my years I have never left a bad review of a business. That should really tell you something. However this review is so totally deserved by this business. Please know that this clinic will schedule you even though they know they cannot treat you. What a let down. Horrendous experience and complete waste of my time. I cannot tell you how upset I was leaving my appointment with this clinic today. Terrible patient care and terrible customer service. I was excited as I contacted this clinic to pursue a second FET with the frozen tested embryos I already have from our previous clinic in a different state. When I called to make the first appointment I told the scheduler our situation in complete detail. She said that sounds great, they can schedule me. I spent hours doing paperwork/consents/online patient portal and when I sent my medical records all of this also indicated this CLEARLY. I waited close to 2 months to get an appointment, for Dr. Barton to sit me down in her office and tell me that they cannot do an FET for me as they do not transfer embryos that were tested at any other genetics lab than the one they use. What an incredible waste of my time. She said that they won't charge me for the visit... and all I keep thinking is no shit, they should be paying me for the months of time I wasted as well as this in person appointment. It is obvious that they just want to get you into the clinic so they can take your money. read more

Thank you, Dr. Barton, for bringing us our beautiful daughter. Dr. Barton was our 3rd REI in Denver. After being told by our former REI that we would need to use donor eggs (after a failed IVF cycle: ZERO embryos), we sought a second opinion from Dr. Barton. She suggested at least 4 things she would do differently: 2-3 month vitamin cocktail, change in OCPs prior to IVF cycle, different IVF protocol, earlier triggering. With her changed protocol, we got 36 eggs, 20 fertilized, and ultimately 5 of them were PGS normal! After one embryo transfer, we have our amazing daughter. In addition to this success, Dr. Barton and her staff (phlebotomist, nurse, US technicians) were all fantastic and empathetic communicators. We felt respected every step of the way during this very difficult and emotional time in our lives. I highly recommend a consultation with Dr. Barton. She will be honest and kind with you. I was a patient at CCRM for 2 years. I saw Dr. Barton. While Dr Barton was perfectly nice and seemed capable, she and this clinic as whole never saw me as a person. I was a walking cluster of dollar signs. At our first appointment we met with Dr. Barton to go over our history. My husband let her know that he smoked pot often. We had his semen tested, and when we met a second time to discuss his semen results and my bloodwork she diagnosed me with "mild PCOS and unexplained infertility" while saying to my husband (and I quote), "Despite my lecturing, your semen results came back just fine. No changes to your lifestyle need to be made." We then went through two years of "timed intercourse," constant medications, IUI treatments (whereby they allowed a new nurse to punch my cervix repeatedly while blaming ME for how much it hurt. An actual experienced nurse finally came in to try while I sobbed uncontrollably), and 12 negative pregnancy tests (no surprise there). When it came time for us to consider IVF we had been at the clinic for two years, spent thousands of dollars, and saw Dr. Barton exactly twice. We decided to try Albrecht Women's Care and Dr. Dana Ambler instead. The contrast was NIGHT and DAY. At our first meeting, Dr. Ambler took one look at my husband's sperm results and said "I have to be the bad guy here and tell you to stop doing everything fun that you're doing. At least until I get her pregnant. We are looking at sperm values to be between 50 and 100 and yours are at 49." We were LIVID. How DARE Dr. Barton tell us his values were fine when they were clearly NOT FINE. That day my husband quit drinking, quit smoking, quit everything GLADLY. If only Dr. Barton had seen past our wallets, we may have been pregnant sooner. Not only that, but Dr. Ambler informed me that Dr. Barton didn't even conduct one critical blood test required to diagnose someone with PCOS (mild or not). She ordered a testosterone blood test for me and informed me that in NO WAY did I have PCOS. My infertility was unexplained until we conducted an egg harvest. Then it was revealed I have empty follicle syndrome. So, WOW. Not one but TWO incorrect diagnoses. Under Dr. Ambler's care we got my husband's sperm values to 98, properly diagnosed me, and most importantly she GOT US PREGNANT. Yes, Dr. Ambler finally got us pregnant (after nearly 4 years of trying). And yes, I believe had we tried IVF with CCRM we may have ended up pregnant as well. But no way in HELL was I going to go through all of that with a total lack of support from my medical team, which is what you can expect at this clinic. No one cares about you. They want to misdiagnose you and keep funneling in that cash for as long as possible. You are not a human at CCRM. You are a cluster of dollar signs and it's disgusting. Please consider visiting Albrecht Women's Care and Dr. Ambler instead. She will treat you like a human, be at MOST of your appointments (we met with her at 99% of our appointments), and listen to your concerns. She cares so much and is so capable, I regret wasting time and money at CCRM. read more

CCRM is fantastic! I would highly recommend requesting the doc-nurse combo of Dr. Surrey and Amy. They have been tremendous every step of the way, are incredibly responsive and have genuinely shared in our triumphs and tribulations along our "journey." We travel from across the country to see them and wouldn't have it any other way. Even my local doctors have commented how thorough they were and have been with my pregnancies. Being physician myself, I understand how medical practices work. We called the most famous ' William Schoolcraft ' at CCRM Colorado, for a phone consultation, paid may be 500 dollars for that. He heard our story of 2 failed ivf cycles and told us on phone ' find a ovum donor , no point wasting your time'. I am a cardiologist and my wife a pediatrician. We understand human physiology and endocrinology quite well. We were shocked to hear his response to our problem, he just didn't want to take up a difficult case ( IT MESSES UP THEIR NUMBERS , it gives THEM HIGHER FAILURE RATES) and it's not good for future business. Anyways if we weren't doctors then we could have easily taken his words more seriously and would have given up . But Dr. Tur Kaspa ( In Chicago ) never gave up on us and kept our hopes alive. Eventually he suggested us to convert a cycle to mini ivf and that worked out for us. We have a 14 month old baby girl who has changed our lives forever . We are planning on the second child and would definitely go back to dr Turkaspa in Chicago ! My husband and I went to CCRM after about 5 months of trying just to do all the testing to make sure everything was OK (or not) before making any decisions on treatments etc. Even before we did ANY testing at all we were told that IVF was our best option because of my age (I was 38 at the time). This is before ANY testing was done. I was told my age numerous times during my consultation. We went through all the testing and would venture to say we passed with flying colors, I am extremely healthy with all my numbers exactly where they should be, a follicle count that is 2-3 times the normal count and still we were told IVF was our only and best option. I can only imagine they told us this so many times because of 1- the amount of money they make and 2- the more ivf they do the higher chance of pregnancy and the better their numbers- even if one doesn't need it! We left with a bad taste in our mouths and went to 2 doctors in NYC for second opinions, both emphatically said there is NO NEED FOR IVF with my numbers (both, I may add, also do IVF and make as much money from it). We chose one and came back to colorado (where we live), and are now awaiting IUI with our chosen doctor in nyc. Unfortunately, because of the timing of my cycle, I had to go to CCRM one last time this last saturday for outside monitoring. I was met by EMMA B, the assistant manager of the front desk. Emma spoke to me in a manner that shocked me to the core, and upset my husband beyond words. She treated me with disrespect, sarcasm and quite frankly meanly. NO ONE should be spoken to the way I was by Emma, and especially not patients who are going through what the patients there already are. We are going through enough. I was told many times by her that "if I wasn't already a patient I wasn't going to be seen", but I was a patient (had already paid thousands to be told I'm old and only IVF was my solution). They made it a point to mention many times that they were just doing outside monitoring for ANOTHER doctor because I was not being seen by any of their doctors (for the good reasons above), but I was made to feel horrible and it's just not ok. I don't know my outcome with this new doctor in NYC yet but I can already say that my decision to move away from CCRM is the best one I've made so far. Do your research, get second opinions! CCRM is "famous" because their numbers are good, they do get lots of women pregnant, no matter what it takes. read more

(same review posted at Lone Tree location - I've been to both) If I could give it zero stars I would. I'm going to give a snapshot of my first interaction with CCRM - the red flags should have made me run to Conceptions (only positive reviews- including my own Primary Care Physician, who used Conceptions because CCRM made her feel like a number). I'm sad to echo many of the previous reviews listed here. They treat you like cattle, except when it comes time to pay. I made an appointment and was told that if I didn't go online and fill out the online medical history, etc. within 7 days the appointment would be cancelled because "the doctor required a minimum 2 weeks to look at the medical records." Fast forward 2 weeks to my appointment. I was herded into the first room where a nurse asked me for the same information I had to fill out online (family history, date of last cycle, etc.) When I asked her why she was asking me the questions from the online forms she stated that nobody had viewed them in the office yet. After spending 10 minutes with her, dictating the same information from the online forms, I was left to sit in another room for 45 minutes. During that time, I got up to go to the bathroom and happened to see the same nurse handing over the newly filled out forms to a person that would end up being my doctor. So yeah, I basically sat in there waiting so the doctor could look over my medical forms for the first time. When I saw the doctor she was confused and didn't have all of my medical records in front of her because, shocker, they still hadn't verified receipt of my records. So she ordered tests I'd already taken, although I told her I'd just taken them (not the labs required to be done in house). Then, of course, I was herded to the next room and I asked a third person to check on the status of my medical records. Well, the fax machine ran out of paper, so half of my records didn't print (two weeks before my appointment). Nobody had bothered to look through them and notice that they weren't complete. The third person (nurse?) asked me the SAME medical information. At that point, it became clear that the first nurse, doctor, and the third nurse weren't even on the same page. I mean, seriously, I was asked the first day of my last cycle literally 4 different times. Finally, I was moved into another room where the nicest (not surprisingly) individual appeared- the financial lady. She had me sign a paper which ended up actually allowing CCRM to randomly charge any outstanding balances without notification/warning. So, for example, they had me pay my copay for the initial visit and some labs.Then, about 2 weeks later, I got charged $680 out of the blue because my insurance only paid a portion. There was no notice in the mail or even an attempt made to collect payment via a phone call. That's the way CCRM operates with everything, it's just horrible. I understand that you cannot put a price on having a child and it's worth a bunch of hassle, but for 37K, I would really expect them to treat you better. They were able to fill their facilities with expensive Italian marble and custom water features. It's too bad that they cannot treat their patients with the same level of care and attention utilized to make money. read more

This place is an absolute joke. When I initially made the appointment I couldn't fill out all the preliminary forms because the system wasn't working properly. When I received a call to confirm my apt I told them that I could not fill out the online forms and they said, "it was down back then, but it's back up and running." I decided to cancel my apt well before the apt date (I left them a VM confirming) after I looked at the reviews and had a bad feeling about moving forward. They then called me the day of my (canceled) apt acting like I had not canceled and they told me they were going to cancel it because i had not filled out the forms. I was still charged over $300 for an apt that was canceled, without my approval mind you. I've been trying to call finance to reverse the charge, but you can't get ahold of anyone over there. When I asked the receptionist why I can't talk to anyone she just responded with "sorry, we're understaffed." WHAT A MESS. If this is how they handle simple procedures, I can't imagine how they would handle reproductive ones. read more

There is hope! Dr Surrey and the team at CCRM gave me my family. Dr Surrey was kind and thorough and at times funny, but also always trying to find answers for us and doing everything in his power to get us to our take home baby. Infertility and IVF is not easy, it is the biggest challenge I have ever faced, but having the best lab with the most cutting edge technology working for us, and the most brilliant Doctors fighting the fight with us helps. Our nurses, ultrasound techs, and everyone in between became friends that we knew were cheering us on as well. We have two beautiful children now, thanks to Dr Surrey and CCRM. read more

I believe CCRM and the Lab have very high prices. When working with CCRM, you have no choice but to work with their lab, the Fertility Lab of Colorado. They charge an arm and a leg for any test/procedure. I had several challenges with the Business Office - its very poorly run, has poor customer service/response times, and provided inaccurate bills multiple times. Check your bills with a fine tooth comb.You will have to call and email several times to get a response. People seem to change in and out of roles in the business office, which is clearly a problem. read more

I had the best experience at CCRM. In July of last year, I went to a different endocrinologist who gave me a pretty bleak fertility outlook and who presented the news in a very unprofessional manner. After grieving for a few weeks, I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Sara Barton at CCRM, and I am so grateful that I did! She was kind, understanding, and professional. She listened to my experience, had me get retested at CCRM to confirm my AMH (1.3) and FSH (10.5) #s, and walked me through all the possibilities with egg harvesting - both good and bad. I made the decision to go through the egg harvesting process in February and was able to freeze more eggs than I expected (11!). Throughout the entire experience, I felt super supported by the entire CCRM staff, especially my assigned nurse, Britney, who was available via phone or email any time I had a question (and I had quite a few!). Definitely recommend to anyone who wants the best of the best helping them in their fertility journey. read more

IUI ended in EMERGENCY HYSTERECTOMY I wish I knew then what I know now. This place is terrible. I saw them for 2 years during which time I had 3 different nurses assigned to me. It was a part time job just trying to get a call back from a nurse. You have to call, and call again, and develop a strategy to get a call back. My first few appointments I was told that there was no reason I wouldn't get pregnant. Egg health, great, plenty of follicles, no genetic abnormalities. I did have a fibroid so I had a hysteroscopy. Dr. said I would get pregnant without a problem and suggested Clomid. We did a non medicated IUI first, no success. Scheduled next IUI. The nurses sent my labs to the wrong place so even though we had PAID to start the IUI we were not able to complete it due to the nurses' errors. Scheduled next IUI and was told all was fine on ultrasounds. Prescribed Clomid and Ovidril for IUI BUT the nurse failed to call in the prescription. It was a Saturday and the timing required me to start meds on Sunday. Never got the scrip called in and didn't want to have to wait another month (and pay for another IUI) AGAIN so called in favor from a dr. friend and got the meds that way. Next office visit was prescribed Estradiol from a nurse I had never met, who I will describe as hungover and absent. Within 10 days, I was having a terrible reaction to the Estradiol. Called and finally got a call back and was told not to worry. Within 2 weeks, I was having major cramps, hives, and abdominal pain. Within another 4 weeks, my stomach looked as though I was 5 months pregnant. I was not pregnant. At this point I was already seeking a new doctor and thank god I did. At 8 weeks post medicated IUI my uterus had enlarged to 10x it's normal size. My new doctor had diagnosed me with Adenomyosis. I went back to CCRM and met with my doctor (Dr. Surrey) who I had not seen in almost a year since you only see a nurse (and not YOUR nurse, just whoever is available). Dr Surrey said with a smile "oh you showed signs of this condition at your visit 6 months ago". The only cure for my enlarged uterus at this stage was hysterectomy. He happily informed me that he didn't do that procedure so he didn't have ulterior motives in telling me this (as if my body is a business, and he was just an honest salesman). I spent the next 2 weeks in so much pain, I couldn't sleep, dress in my normal clothes, work, etc. and spent much of my day on all fours breathing through the pain. I ended up having an emergency hysterectomy 8 weeks after my IUI at CCRM. If I had gone to a better doctor I might have had actual care from a physician instead of the treatment I got at CCRM. These people do not care about their patients. They ignored my condition, never told me they found ANYTHING abnormal on my ultrasounds. I wasted thousands of dollars here and ended up losing my ability to ever have a child. I urge anyone considering this place to go elsewhere. It is not worth the money and frustration. They should be shut down. read more

Dr. Barton and Gracie were amazing! They both respomded to questions we had immediately, mostly through email so we didnt have to pay extra for a visit. We had a terrible experience at a prior fertility clinic, including being told IVF was our only option. Dr Barton accepted the majority of tests we transferred, so we only needed a handful of tests at CCRM, which we were able to schedule immediately. She cautioned us IUI wasn't our best option, but said we could still try it. And we got pregnant on the first IUI!! I highly recommend CCRM. Their professionalism, organization, and caring attitude made the process so much less stressful. read more

If 0 stars were possible, I'd choose it! If you have a choice, I recommend using a different fertility clinic if possible. My nurse was great, I wish I had an opinion on the doctor but WE NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR. From the first time we met with the doctor (over the phone) the energy was completely off, spent $300 for a 3 minute phone call with a physician that DID NOT listen to us. The staff is absolutely horrible and extremely insensitive. I left the office crying numerous times because of horrible customer service. Not just the Denver location, but also the Lone Tree location, absolute worse experience of my life. Again if your insurance covers elsewhere, go somewhere else. Don't waste your money or your time, this insensitive and money grabbing establishment does not have a healthy, stress free journey for you. Please save your money, I beg you, the journey with CCRM will be long and stressful, and I would hate for any other parent to experience what we did. read more

We have been on this journey for 3 years. 2 miscarriages from IUI and we are now pregnant with our first IVF cycle. I read a few reviews on CCRM (not the Rose office) and was disturbed enough to write something. I have found that Dr. Minjarez is so wonderful. Though I don't get to see her personally so much, the nurses consult with her about my case regularly and she knows her patients well. As an engineer, I construct all my options through a flow chart in my head, this event happens, yes or no, if yes, follow this path, if no, follow this other path. The way Dr. Minjarez thinks and talks is exactly the way I think so we are very in-sync with each other. Everything make sense and logical. I picked her randomly before I knew she was top doctor on 5280 magazine but I think it's fate that we got her as our doctor. I've worked with Nurse Lisa, Ruby (who has just about the lightest touch with needles I've ever met) and Nurse Corinne. Everyone at the offices are so great. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I can see how some people are frustrated with their own situation and believe me, I've been there many times. But I've never once think to blame any of the staffs about my personal problems. Emotion runs high in this matter but give them a chance. They DO have a lot of patients and it IS a business, but you always have the choice not to go through this at all. Life isn't fair, some people don't even want kids and get pregnant by accident. Some people get pregnant and get an abortion (evil). You just need to do the best you can, the best for you situation. I am not rich by any means and it is a big hit to our bank account but if you think $25k-35k is too much for your kid, then you aren't really ready financially to be a parent. If you think it's important enough for you, you'll find a way. read more

I have PCOS and thin uterine lining issues. We were basically "fired" from our previous RE because there wasn't anything else they could do for me. CCRM took us on even though I am a problem case. We did one egg retrieval and two FETs with Dr. Kondapalli. I am now 16 weeks pregnant! I can't wrap my mind around any of these negative reviews. The doctors are brilliant, the nurses are amazing and the lab is state of the art. Is IVF the cheapest pastime you can participate in? Of course not. Is the business office going to give you a hug every time you pay your bill? Unlikely. But CCRM will take a chance on you and they can make this work even when other clinics have given up. I had a fabulous experience at CCRM. I really felt like Dr. Schoolcraft and the rest of my team was rooting me on to start our family. I am a difficult case regarding CCRM and from the genetics counselor to our nurse I found the staff to be incredibly supportive. What I was really impressed with was the lab at CCRM. Professionalism is the last thing that comes to mind when working with CCRM through the sensitivity of reproductive complications. It's unfortunate to see what ccrm has become since the departure of Dr.M. I went to this practice 3.5 years ago and saw Dr. M, she and the staff were incredible and helped to me successfully conceive after a journey that included several miscarriages. My husband and I decided to try for baby number two and happily went back to ccrm, only to find out this practice has dramatically changed for the worse - and I warn you as an effort to save you from the grief and expense the practice will ultimately cause Your family. In summary - I noticed the difference almost immediately upon my return. My initial visit with the new dr was concerning - the dr had obviously not reviewed my history prior to the visit - and spent our entire visit drawing the basics of woman anatomy. I wasn't starting at square one. I was a patient for years - she never discussed any of that. I was assigned a nurse, also flags started to raise upon my first conversations with her. Again it was obvious she had not taken the time to review my well documented history. Also, had to send records three times as they kept saying they didn't have them. Actually they never told me - I had to keep asking about the records. The real issues started when I found out my nurse (who was all the sudden no longer with the practice when I started digging) literally lied to me about reviewing a blood test and stating my tests were normal. I had a gut instinct and called to ask to send the test to me so i can see for myself - only to be told that the test was not in my file (what?!?) and they didn't know why the nurse told me it was. Also, my nurse told me that I had all necessary tests for a regroup with the Doctor - though this test was an issue Dr M identified in my round of care and was treated. Finally got in touch with the office manager/nurse to discuss my concern and to ask more questions about my care (I have literally lead my own care during this process) and starting asking about my low progesterone levels. This Is well documented as an issue in my 3 past pregnancies, as well as a test corm ran weeks ago! The nurse said they will not give me progesterone unless they get me pregnant - at which I said I could get spontaneously pregnant (happened 2/3 pregnancies) because we are trying during this interim period of testing. She told me to call my obgyn. Unbelievable! They aren't interested in the best for the patient. The nurse continued to talk in circles - and had I not already been down this path this mistake could have certainly lead to more miscarriages. I called my obgyn who immediately agreed I needed progesterone - and I will use it until I can get my appointment with a different fertily clinic. I would not recommend corm to anyone - this practice will cause grief and expense to first time patients. It's beyond sad. read more

I have never experienced such a lack of compassion and professionalism. The doctors and nurses here have one goal which is to make money. They are unresponsive to questions and concerns by the patients. They order unnecessary tests and refuse to accept any tests or records that are not ordered or performed by CCRM doctors. They demanded that I have all tests performed before seeing me for my follow up appintment that was already paid for. I wouldn't step foot back into this facility under any circumstance. read more

CCRM Colorado is all about the cash. They insist on doing all their labs themselves - they do not accept labs from elsewhere. Also, they are not in network with most insurance companies so the main thing is that they require payment upfront for whatever tests they determine that you need. How can one determine the reasonableness of the tests and prices they are charging. Normally, insurance covers my labs but for CCRM my first appointment cost me over $2000 just for the labs (no treatment has started). They asked for payment of $1,051 upfront which I paid. Once I left the clinic, they called me and asked for payment of an additional $937. I already felt like a checkbook to the organization within my first visit. The reviews I had read before I went gave me serious concerns but I still wanted to try. My visit to the practice was in September 2017 and I was not impressed. The approach they were planning to follow is similar to other clinics I had been to but the CCRM cost was more that double the cost and of course they are out of network and require upfront payment. After my initial visit I was not interested in getting fleeced some more and I thought I had put my experience behind me. Imagine my surprise when now in February 2018 I received another bill for $954. This place is a joke. read more

The experiences here have been nothing but disappointment, I wouldn't even let Dr. Barton and her staff treat my dog after everything I've been through. The staff does not communicate, very disorganized and incompetent. One of my nurses instructed me to administer a wrong medication. I requested a new nurse because she frequently gave me inaccurate or poor instructions, then I had a patient representative call me who was very rude. The business office is a nightmare and have no idea what's going on, not to mention unpleasant to work with. I could just go on and on about how horrible everything has been. I have been working with Dr. Barton for 8 months and only had one transfer a few weeks ago thus due to.... all I can say is their negligence. This has cost me thousands of dollars and the only reason I didn't seek a new physician sooner is because they had me believing this would only delay the process even more. I just can say enough about how disappointed I am with them and the care or lack of. I'm finally trying to see another clinic and they are delaying the transfer of my medial records now. I'm writing to hopefully to help the next customer, just look around do your research and go somewhere else. read more

Hello, I wanted to be fair in this review. I've had 2 IVF with lots of eggs fertilized and made it to day 3 IN ANOTHER CLINIC . We put in 3 day 3 on cycle one and cycle 2 no implantation. History I had one frozen at day 6 blast stage grade was excellent however didn't take upon transfer... I I went on to get pregnant twice naturally at age 39, and 41 so bluntly I had more success on my own... However in the eyes of Fertilty this is Not because success is actually a baby .. But I got pregnant naturally . I had lots of eggs stimulated well and fertilized however at day 3 fragmentation set in and they dropped off like flys... Sperm tests where good so they doubted it too be my husband. I came to CCRM because of its stats .. I'm a health care professional and I wanted the best ... CCRM brags on their reputation... What I find though is since I started with them in 2012 is staff turn over is high! Why? I ask ? Not sure ! They are disorganized, the front desk is rude and the finance department doesn't understand their programs ... I spoke with them 3 times ... Questioned them consistently each person gave me a different story. It was my donor nurse that I called the day I was signing the financial contract that I called because it didn't make sense that since I was getting CCS testing done which is (6900.00) I couldn't get the "pay a little more program" for $5000.00 . What you receive with pay a little more is when you pay an additional $5000 an additional donor just in case the first donor isn't successful... Please look at the fine details because if you carry past 24 weeks you don't end up getting the second donor . So if you miss carry at 25 weeks game over you don"t get the 2nd donor. I was pretty upset to be running around a program such as this to actually have to get my donor nurse Cheryl which is amazing to call the director of finance to tell her staff that they lack understanding ... CCS testing only provides a 5% improvement in outcome it has nothing to do with the success of the donor but the finance department needs to get a course in anatomy and physiology. I'm going to be honest if it wasn't for my medical background and questioning of the finance department along with it not sounding even logical what they told me I called my donor nurse ... Cheryl agreed and said my goodness that makes no sense let me look into this .. Cheryl is worth every dollar and more She is amazing and has been in this for over 21 years .. I trust her more than anyone there ... She knows me personally and my Fertilty specialist there is going to know me even better... The personal touch is limited for what you pay.. I came here for the embryologist lab as all clinics run most of the same tests... CCRM had high success rates even though at 43 I could still use my own eggs I chose an egg donor .. I choose her on quality and facts not looks ... I asked for AMH, FSH and follicular counts and health history ... Her weight , height , eye color and hair was all different from mine . I didnt care about the looks. I wasn't picky on that I was picky on her health... My husbands sperm always tested stellar from morphology, motility, and karyotyping ect plus his health is amazing ... Egg donor produced 21 eggs 16 fertilized and then dropped like flys at day 3 we had 13 then later that day fragmentation set in and in the end we had 2 embryos which we paid remember 42,000 dollars for ! The Embroyologists could barely speak to me I had to speak with Dr Schoolcraft ... They said this rarely happens ... No kidding as relatives and other physicians I know have had egg donors and their spouses older than my husband at 46 and 48 had 14 -12 day 5 embryos ... The embryologists barely commented they where quiet they said they would check the medium and the lab temps to ensure it wasn't on their part ... Believe me I was skeptical and questioned what went wrong .. I feel something happened I just can't comment at this time on what it is. Some people would say this is emotional review its far from it . My choices are based on facts, I re grouped with my Fertilty specialist which basically said this is rare and because she was a first time donor it's hard to tell if it was the eggs or the Sperm but the sperm came back normal ... So when we do this again we are going to get a proven donor and the Fertilty specialist himself is gong to pick her with us... So in a nut shell donors through CCRM are screened but they have very very few ... Would I say not too go here or too go here I can't comment on that ... But be opened minded to all this when using an egg donor. We all have room for improvement and quit frankly for the fees you pay here I would like more personal service from my specialist . Cheryl my nurse makes more recommendations than my specialist . Yes he's busy we all lare but let's get things in perspective because by the time I'm done with CCRM I will have paid 60,000-100,000 believe me when I'm done I will write another revie read more

This place is all about the $$$. They tried to add on a bunch of unnecessary tests and procedures despite me talking with the doctor and confirming that I did not need them. They kept trying to sneak them in through the nurse and phlebotomist. This was going to add thousands of dollars to our cost which is ridiculous. The last straw for me was when they said they wouldn't except my lab results for the required STD screening that I had just gotten done by my doctor since there lab is out of network. They tried to say they couldn't trust the results from any other lab but really it's just because they would get thousands more for me to rerun and pay out of pocket for the exact same test. I ended up cancelling my cycle as soon as I found this out but they didn't actually tell me about this until after I had signed onto my cycle so now 6 months later they are charging me another $200 for the nurse time for a cycle I didn't end up doing due to their constant manipulation and clear priorities. I'm a medical student and I was very disappointed by their treatment and practices especially having to argue against tests that I knew were just to add additional cost but served no purpose in their treatment. read more

I have had a great experience with this clinic. I can only compare it with two other entities (one regular ob that advertises fertility, and the other - fertility specialists), and I was pleasantly surprised. They are organized, my appointments were on time, I did receive follow-up calls when I was supposed to, and, overall, they appeared caring enough. This last aspect was a pleasant surprise in comparison with the other fertility clinic I used in the past. They also worked with me on resubmitting claims to my insurance, which seemed like an endless battle. read more

My husband and I contacted CCRM after our local clinic recommended that we use donor eggs due to high FSH and a low antral follicle count. During our initial phone consult, we told Dr. Kondapalli we wanted to do a donor cycle with CCRM. Dr. Kondapalli sent us the CCRM donor egg database, but also recommended that we wait until our one day work-up to make a decision about proceeding with a donor cycle or cycling with my eggs. After our one day work-up in July 2016, Dr. Kondapalli thought we might have success cycling with my eggs, even in spite of some less than ideal lab results. She was up front and told us it may take several cycles, but if we were willing to proceed, she was too. We traveled to Denver and did a cycle with my eggs in November 2016. Dr. Kondapalli knew the exact protocol for dealing with someone with diminished ovarian reserved, and her recommended protocol ultimately led to one cycle where we had three CCS normal embryos. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant with a baby boy after transferring one embryo, and I doubt we would have had this type of success at another clinic. CCRM, Dr. Kondapalli, and the entire staff (especially the nurses) were wonderful throughout the entire process. They were always responsive to phone calls and emails, and were so skilled in dealing with my difficult fertility condition. I think CCRM has experience and knowledge that other clinics do not, and this can mean the difference between a successful vs. unsuccessful cycle. Dr. Kondapalli's bedside manner with patients is wonderful, and she and the nursing staff helped us navigate the emotionally and physically draining IVF process on so many different occasions.
