I had such a fun shopping trip here with my friends! This is such a cute store, and each bride (and her entourage) gets her own private area to try on and show off dresses. I didn't purchase a dress here, but I strongly considered it! I made my appointment online and they texted me to give them a call to finalize the time and date since they require a credit card on file in case of last-minute cancellations -- but they don't actually charge you for an appointment. Once confirmed, they texted a google form for me to fill out that asked my dress style preferences, silhouettes, budget, etc. Savannah was my stylist, and she was so sweet and definitely understood what I was looking for. I knew what neckline I wanted and that I wanted off the shoulder sleeves no matter what, so she made sure to have some handy to attach to every dress I tried on. Most of the dresses I tried on, Savannah grabbed from their stock in the back, based on what she knew I was looking for. We could peruse the dresses they had on the racks out front (they had a Kitty Chen trunk show the weekend of my appointment), but I only grabbed one from the racks out there -- and it was a size 6, which is a size 2 in regular clothing. In other words, there was no way this dress was ever going to fit me, so we didn't even bother with it. Dear bridal designers, please send NORMAL SIZES for trunk shows. I have no idea if I would've fallen in love with Kitty Chen's dress because I don't think I could have gotten more than one thigh into it. I ended up liking three dresses here, and Savannah noted which designers they were and their prices -- which were noticeably cheaper than the first shop I had visited. Don't get me wrong, wedding dresses are expensive -- but CC's prices struck me as rather reasonable considering some other places I had visited. If I hadn't purchased the dress I ultimately got, I would have bought a dress from here, and would've been very happy, I'm sure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a shopping trip to CC's! read more

Said yes to the dress! Kirsten was absolutely phenomenal and I had the best experience thanks to her! This was my first time going dress shopping and there were so many gorgeous dresses to choose from. At the end, it was a really tough decision because I loved two dresses so much. Kirsten went back and pulled a dress that I was obsessed with, it had everything I loved about the my favorite two dresses combined and that ended up being the one :) Kirsten made me feel so extremely comfortable during the entire process. I was really nervous for the day and as soon as I walked in I felt immediate relief. I was even a little hot during the process and said something nonchalantly and Kirsten went and turned the air down (she was seriously the best) CC's bridal boutique is so cute! They had the cutest photo areas and amazing lighting. I think the dresses are reasonably priced as well! Some of them look like custom designers! Bought my dream wedding dress from here! I had the consultant Marilyn and each time she has been understanding and helpful! Dream dress was a Stella York but since Marilyn didn't want every dress living up to that we tried on several dresses at my bridal appointment! Also, I was the only person there trying on dresses which is so nice due to Covid. I feel so excited having my wedding dress from this establishment with so my knowledge. She listened to my likes and dislikes and picked out the most beautiful dress I've ever laid my eyes on. This was my third time wedding dress shopping, and it was amazing! I had gone to two pretty different stores prior to this, and I definitely had the best experience at CC's. First of all, it was so clean and well taken care of--as soon as you walk in it's super open and bright. Alli was my stylist and she was so sweet and friendly. I told her I had tried on dresses already, told her my likes and dislikes, what I was looking for, showed my Pinterest and the ones I liked most from my previous appointments, etc. The entire appointment she only brought me things that I wanted to see. She never once tried to put me in something I didn't want and really listened to the things I was saying about each dress. I didn't feel judged at all (which I did at the last place I went), which was so nice. She stayed within my budget, and was considerate enough to ask me about two dresses that were slightly over budget before bringing them for me to try. The one I ended up getting was above budget, but it was actually one that my entourage and I pulled, not Alli. I loved it so much that I ended up going over my budget but it was absolutely worth it. I also really appreciated that she didn't try to push their alterations department on me and told me I was completely free to get it altered elsewhere if I wanted. Not only does this place have a beautiful selection of dresses that are both unique and on trend, the energy here is really great. My stylist, Brittany, made me and my mom and sister feel welcome right away. As I described the style of dresses I like and my past experiences and concerns, she listened carefully and the dresses she selected reflected just how well she had heard me. Originally, I said no to the dress and left kind of defeated. Savannah did a really great job at asking specific questions and having me give specific likes/dislikes about particular styles. I ended up changing my original idea and going with a different gown shape and she rolled with the punches. I found one that was beautiful but didn't feel like "MY wedding dress" but we scheduled for another try-on for the same dress about a week later which was good to let me sleep on it and see if I felt the same way. At my second fitting, I got back to my original wishlist and found the one! Stick to your original thoughts! I made a same-day appointment to try on dresses because some friends were in town and I just moved here so I don't have much of a girl gang to go with me. Anyway- as fate would have it, Marilyn was able to fit me in and we had a great time. Marilyn is kind and supportive. She is anything but pushy. She was honest and direct. She was efficient and made really good use of the time we had together- allowing me to try on different styles and using her intuition to bring new dresses from the back. She allowed me to peek in the back and see if anything caught my eye before finishing the appointment. I took some time to think on it and was so grateful for my MOH who took some photos because it actually helped a TON. I was able to really sit down and think it over before committing and eventually saying yes to one of the first dresses Marilyn picked for me. Also it must be said that as a consumer, one of my favorite things is knowing my money is going to a good place with good ethics. That's how I felt here. I had such a great experience at CC's. I had visited RK Bridal and David's in NYC to start to get a feel for what I wanted, but I still felt a little overwhelmed. The thing I didn't expect about bridal gown shopping was how little I knew about what would look good on me: things I thought I would never wear turned out to be the most flattering, and I was all over the place by the time I got to CC's. While visiting my mom in Florida, we decided to try CC's on a recommendation from a friend, and I'm so relieved that we did. If you want the "Say Yes to the Dress" experience, minus the super high price tag, this is the place to go. I had very personalized attention, a soft robe, and the manager even came in to act as my "Randy" to help narrow things down. I should add that I'm a little unconventional in my tastes: I have bright red hair, large tattoos, and will be wearing lace up boots under my dress, which has had consultants raise their eyebrows a bit at times. Not here! Everyone I worked with just rolled with it, and they were excited to find a dress that fit my personality. When they walked in with a particular Maggie Sottero dress, I literally gasped. Unfortunately it was a little too out of the budget, so I went home empty handed that day, but it ended up leading me to another Maggie Sottero with the same exact fabric. Even though I didn't get my dress from CC's, I recommend it to everyone. It was probably the best experience I had during all of this wedding planning. read more

Alli is absolutely incredible. I have a wedding coming up in a few months and used the weekend to go to various stores to try on dresses. CCs is the first bridal shop I visited. I was so fortunate and blessed to be paired with Alli. From the start she was so welcoming and sweet. She asked me ideas of what I liked and I showed her pictures on Pinterest. I was pretty nervous from being new to trying on bridal dresses but she made me feel so comfortable and confident the whole time. She does an amazing job at listening to feedback on dresses and then finding ones you love. She is such a patient, caring individual and truly is passionate about helping women feel beautiful in their dresses. Although I ended up selecting a dress elsewhere (even though I was torn between a dress I loved here as well), my mind kept coming back to my experience in the shop with Alli. I was appalled that the saleswoman today had the nerve to criticize my mother. I have been in sales my entire life and I would never even to the rudest client tell them what to do or how to handle themselves. Sometimes the client doesn't want you to intervene and you need to respect that because it is their moment not yours. We left mid appointment because it was just too uncomfortable after that. Also, this place could use a good cleaning. The last time we bought a wedding dress here for my sister the people were so much nicer and the place was so much cleaner. Maybe it is under new management or they've hired the wrong people. Whichever it is I hope they fix it soon because we will never be coming back. read more

BEST BRIDAL EXPERIENCE EVER WITH ARIANA! Having worked in bridal and trying on over 50+ dresses at other stores including other states, I was convinced that I was never gonna get THE MOMENT that you wait for where you're just so overwhelmed with emotion and couldn't imagine getting married in anything else. You dream day flashes before your eyes and you just know. I had given up hope and after spontaneously driving to Tampa from Orlando (where I had mediocre, overpriced selections), I was pleasantly surprised walking in to CC's bridal. This last min trip with my best friend was my Hail Mary and even then, I was only able to get two appointments in out of the several bridal stores. My expectations were at an all time low. I loved that they had our names on the wall, welcoming us and making it so personalized. The salon layout was beautiful. Each room had its own full length mirror, a pedestal that you didn't have to share with multiple brides, and still super private so you can have that personalized experience. Even so, Ariana sat us down and we talked about my style, likes, dislikes and budget. She handpicked several dresses and was so relieved that she really listened and brought me more selections than any salon had done before. I liked every dress she brought and the variety here was the largest selection yet. I cannot say enough great things about Ariana. Unlike most brides, I knew exactly what I was looking for and she took on the challenge of me with a smile and a go getter attitude despite my pickiness. After an hour of trying on, I finally narrowed it down to two, but left feeling unsure about either of them and thought I needed to sleep on it. I was also tired of trying dresses on and I even cancelled the other appointments I'd scheduled because again I'd just given up hope and was ready to settle. My girlfriends all gave their opinions and I set up an appointment for the next morning to make a decision. However, something was holding me back, so I asked Ariana if we could try a few more and if there was anything we might have missed just to be sure, to which she happily obliged. She took me back through the racks of dresses and walked me through each dress, one by one, when I fell upon THE DRESS. She was hesitant to grab it as it was a little over the budget by a couple hundred dollars, but I told her if it was THE DREAM, it would be worth it and then moved on with a few more selections thinking nothing of it due to all my letdowns. Halfway through our session, she pulled it out of the bridal bag. Seeing it out of the bag made my heart skip a beat and to me, it was unlike any other dress I'd ever seen. Also, as a big fan of Berta but without a Berta budget, this had all the elements that I'd ever imagined in my wedding dress. Seeing how excited I was, she told me to hold off looking in the mirror until we stepped out on to the pedestal and the moment I turned around, I burst in to tears... unexpectedly lol. It was the most overwhelming feeling and a moment I thought would never come. Because I had so many feelings and more dresses to try on, I ran over my appointment. She knew I needed a little more time and although she didn't have to, she had made sure the new bride got attention with another consultant to help me with all the photos, sizing, and reassuring me in the process to make sure I was ordering exactly what I was wanting. I said YES to the Dress here and I'm so grateful for this amazing experience that I truly believe would NOT have happened. Thanks a million! read more

This is my second review for the same sale. My daughter purchased her gown from CC's Tampa where the sales and alterations experience was wonderful. Where CC's Tampa failed was at the end. They delivered a wrinkled gown and veil, despite our having paid extra for a final "steam" (a complete waste of $40). Also, they use one size dress bag for all their gowns. Not so good for a full skirted gown. They left the bra cups of our heavy gown unstuffed which caused a partial collapse as the dress hung. When we realized all this -- we turned to Beth, the mgr at CC's St. Pete, to help. (Please see my review for them.) Bottom line -- at the eleventh hour CC's St. Pete fully pressed the gown and veil, stuffed the cups, and packaged our full skirted gown in an appropriately sized bag for transport. The difference in how the gown looked after pressing was stunning. They saved the day and we will be forever grateful. My advice: If you buy your gown at CC's Tampa (which I'm happy to recommend) -- take it away after alterations and pay the extra money for Galina at CC's St. Pete to do the final press. The two boutiques carry entirely different lines -- so shop them both. I'd start at CC's St. Pete since it is larger and it has Galina. read more

I had an appointment with the St Pete store in the morning, and it did not go very well. I was so excited to see the Tampa store was a polar opposite! We got a warm greeting when we walked in, Marilyn was absolutely amazing! We mentioned the St. Pete store was no where near this good. She asked specifics about the problem, asked if it was okay if the manager came over and talked about it with us. The manager was so nice, and really listened to our issues. She just wanted to make sure they correct the issues, so other brides can have an enjoyable experience. She personally checked in on us during our appointment to make sure everything was going smoothly. Marilyn was fun, enthusiastic, and she picked the right dress on the first try. We went ahead and tried some additional dresses just to make sure and nothing could compare to the first dress. She felt like part of the family by the time we were done with our appointment.
