The carpet is only one year old and did not need chemical treatment. First they said that it does not need chemical treatment, but once we did not buy additional services, they did not want to only steam clean. Made many excuses as to why they can not do it. Called Livingsocial and they could not reach Ron. We had gathering next day, but luckily we had time to clean it ourselves. Compained to livingsocial and BBB as well, but they refused to work for what was already paid when we needed most.
