I'm not sure how she intended to get 6 hours of work done in a 4 hours window, but that quickly became a secondary concern. When I got to my house that night to finish the cleaning, I discovered that she had taken many things I hadn't moved yet and had gone through boxes in the basement. Among the things taken were a robotic vacuum, a water purifier, pantry items, and cleaning supplies. When I texted her about it, she responded that she'd taken the things because she figured they'd be thrown away anyway. She admitted that it had been unprofessional and offered to return the items. I will say that what she did clean was well done. However, her lack of judgement and her inability to complete the job means that I cannot possibly recommend her to others.

No one had been in our home prior to this discovery And we had counted it with some others I had been saving the day before. When I spoke with the company spokesperson, he denied this was due to any fault of his employee. I asked that he ask her where she had put the charger. He has neglected to do so. He offered me a $100 rebate and an appliance cleaning in exchange. As the total cost to me has totaled $525, I found this to be less than acceptable. To this day, I have heard nothing further from this company and must at this point consider legal action. Needless to say my granddaughter did not receive the Christmas present I had been happily anticipating. I would never again hire these people.
