Once we had seen a car that matched our requirement we asked for a test drive and were handed the keys without any fuss. They ask you to stay within the trading estate which makes it a little hard to assess the ride at 70mph, but that apart, it was fine Then a chance to talk, no attempt to hard sell or dissuade us when we said we wanted to go away and check others. Luckily the car we had chosen (lovely white Megane Coupe) was still there the next weekend, and we did the deal with the minimum of fuss after a little negotiation. Picked it up later that week, serviced and MOT'd (The latter I am not that convinced was particularly thorough, the headlight alignment was all over the place - but it's still valid). I haven't had a chance to test the three month warranty, and am hoping we won't have to. Also, as we bought cash I can't comment on their part-exchanges. Personally I try and avoid part-ex anyway. If you are waiting tea, coffee, and hot chocolate are served all which come with an Audi logo sprinkled ontop which is a nice touch. Service is speedy, and good courtesy cars are always available. A very quality service is given and even difficult requests are generally dealt with well. Kings Lynn Audi is certainly the best main dealer I have been to by far!

Although it didn't pass forst time (meh, it's 18 years old, what're the chances?) they re-tested after I'd fixed the problem and, despite telling me I'd have to pay extra, I wasn't charged a re-test fee. Audi were the third MOT place I'd tried since moving to the area, the first two being proper coyboys; overcharging and thinking all women are thick when it comes to cars (luckily, I'm not, but God knows how many women they've done out of money for doing nothing!), so it was nice to get it done somewhere that was clean ('cause you get to wait in the showroom and oggle the new cars, oh yeah!) and where there was coffee on tap! Overall, a great service form a well respected brand leader. Will not be looking for another MOT provider next year!

Shocking. Two complaints…read more 1. Car went in for mot, needed a headlight bulb replacement. They fitted but then the lens leaked and was filled with condensation. Left it with them for 3 weeks, no updates unless I chased. Car came back unfixed with no explanation and this was after me collecting only to see half of the light unit thrown into my footwell! Thanks for that! 2. Car has an electrical fault. Quoted £750 for repairs. Spoke with manufacturer and quoted £200 less and told the garage had been given same quote! What's that all about? Used to trust these guys but absolutely not anymore. Just wonder what else I've paid for over the years that I would have paid less for elsewhere! Update!!! One year on and the headlight unit has caused an MOT failure! Also told the bulb replacement was non-compliant, clips are missing etc. Disgusting really. Without hesitation I'll do my utmost to ensure this garage is held accountable for this. Knew it was an issue a year ago but felt like I had no course of action. Not now, I'm up for the fight.

The whole process was completed in a polite, professional manner. They beat the best price I'd negotiated before approaching them, they were honest and up-front about the deal throughout. The sales team were friendly and helpful. The dealership itself was a pleasant surprise, in the village high street with a couple of very old-fashioned petrol pumps hanging over the pavement. Inside the garage, pride of place goes to a lovely 1970 Skoda 110 coupe, a real rarity in this country. Our car was all in order, and the paperwork completed accurately and quickly. I'd certainly consider using this garage again or recommend it to friends and colleagues.

My VW Scirocco broke down last Sunday but I work at the local college so managed to get it to them…read moreto let the motor vehicle department have a look. There was a suspected issue with the injectors which they couldn't fix so rang the VW Centre who said to bring it down and they would have a look. I dropped it off Monday lunch time and was told they would hopefully look at it that afternoon and ring me. They didn't, so I rang back to find out what was going on to be told they were busy and they would look at it the next day and ring me, they didn't so I rang back again to be told they were busy. I then received a phone call from the boss who said I needed to collect my car as I keep ringing up and hassling his staff! I was very taken back by this as they told me they would ring me and didn't. After a brief conversation (and being told multiple times they were busy) he said he would look at it and let me know but this may take a few days. They had my car over a week and I waited for their call (as I was now worried to ring them). I then received a phone call from the boss telling me they haven't had time to look at it and I need to pick it up and take it somewhere else! Obviously I was very annoyed at this point and had quite a heated conversation with the owner. I told him this was the worst customer service I had ever received when he became very threatening and told me 'not to bring my attitude when I collect my car!' I collected my car this morning and was told by the boss that 'If I went to Tesco I wouldn't expect to go to the front of the queue' while calling me 'fella'! This man is the most unprofessional, rude, condescending person I have ever had the misfortune to meet. Unfortunately the college had wiped the error codes, but had written them down on a piece of paper, which I gave to the garage when I dropped the car off. Even though the boss was not happy about this as he wanted 'live data'. When I collected the car and asked for this piece of paper so I could take it to another garage he told me he had 'put it in the bin'! Do you self a favour and don't take your car to this garage, the worst service I have ever received and will never go back!
