They completed…read morethe survey and never communicated to me that they disagreed with several of the actual monuments (pins) in some corners of my new property. BTW: Years ago they completed the survey of the same property! Months later, after I finally took control of the property I was blown away by the big surprise of having two monuments per corner (the original one that I thought they have to keep and respect as the monument) and a new one where I am losing 3 feet of property per corner. This was a big problem to me, not only because I lost a big chunk of land but now if I want to install a fence, the property line is now on top of an irrigation ditch affecting me with any fence project. With the original monuments I was fine. They absolutely never communicated of the disagreement they found with the original monuments and I think that is a complete lack of professionalism.

I had King Surveyors come to my house that I was putting up for sale to mark my property lines. I…read morehad talked to the man that set up my appointment to have my land marked, named Roy. I asked if I could pay him Right then and he said no, he likes to bill at the end of the month. I never received a bill. I called and spoke to Roy again, he told me I would be receiving a paper bill in the mail. I never received a bill. I sold my house and moved. Almost 1 year later I received a threatening letter from King Surveyors. It stated if I didn't pay my bill they were sending me to collections! I called and spoke to Tasha Groves and told her how I do not appreciate her threatening letter, that I did try to pay the bill several times but it never came. She was very rude and said they had sent me e mails which they did not! And how Roy is no longer working there. I Then proceeded to tell her how Roy told me they would be sending me paper bills, and then she tells me ooh we did that too. How frustrating that they lie to cover up their mistakes!! I would never ever recommend this company! They surely do NOT know bookkeeping! Someone caught their mistake almost a year later and blames the customer. Very bad business practice!! Not recommending this company now or ever!!!
