Curtis is absolutely incredible…read more To start with, the report that he delivered was exceptionally detailed and thorough, with annotated photos, hyperlinks to further information, a handy icon system to indicate the type and severity of repair or maintenance required, and very nicely detailed written descriptions of problem areas. The report was delivered the next day, which is amazing considering the level of detail included. I know some inspectors offer same-day reports, but I'd rather they take more time to do it right. After all, the report is informing a major financial decision and will be a useful reference for years to come. During the inspection, Curtis was kind, patient, and charming, and he really made us feel comfortable and confident that he was covering all the bases and giving us as thorough an inspection as possible. He was more than happy to explain what he was seeing and answer any and all questions that we thought of. Lastly, I should mention that Curtis teaches home inspection professionally, which certainly shines through in the way he works. He's a great teacher and really knows what he's doing.
